Physical store is nice, but my husband tried to speak to two female associates at the design desks in the middle of the store and they completely ignored him. Beyond rude, they were actively ignoring us. Wish I had their names. We ordered a custom ottoman from here in August and were told it would come in October. In October we got a notification it would come in November. In November, we were told it was now slated to be delivered on January 31.
