The store has a decent selection but I was offended when I purchased clothing for work and decided to return it the next day, after finding something more suitable at Ann Taylor and Gap, because I was asked for my driver license during the return transaction. Not only did I pay with a debit card, I used the same pin for both transactions and they didn’t ask me for my id when I made the original purchase. Weird. Clothes for grown-ups, good quality, and below the 100usd/item price range. Good sale prices from time to time. Petite shop, plus size shop besides regular LOFT merch, although the curse of vanity sizing affects them too. (Read: when XXSP or 00P is too large on a person 5'4" 106 lbs, then what is Tara Lipinski's size? Whom are we kidding here? Just asking.) Really nice store, and the Salesgirls are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had to Christmas shop and I'm really grateful for the help they offered me. Lexi and Jessica are my favorite Salesgirls anywhere! They're deeply talented at what they do. Ashley the manager has a great way of running the store! The clothing is high quality and the Salesgirls know how to make a shopper comfortable....
