Poor customer service. When asked for name, cashier stated she did not have to give name. Manager came and refused to give name as well.
I see you replied to the comment I provided in real time. Your statement which is inaccurate. Your reply only proves that you rather put out a false narrative of the events. Also, discourteous remark of a real time customer which proves how I was spoken to. I asked to speak with the manager after I ask the cashier for the items. The cashier stated the name of the items because I did not know the name. The cashier stated she had a big one and small one, I said I'll take both. The persons at the register, were ( I believe)were having a credit card issue, so I said excuse me and ask the cashier for the items after telling me what she had left. The persons that were at the register proceeded to ask for those items. The cashier never had a comment with me as mentioned on the reply. Totally false. I asked her was the item sold the last item available. At that point she stated she sold it and I reminded her that I would buy both. She proceeded to answer in a fashion that I knew it was going nowhere so I asked for her name. The cashier said she does not have to give me her name. I asked to speak with her manager. The manager came out and spoke with the cashier first then came to me. She proceeded to speak without hearing or understanding my complaint then I asked for her name. She declined. The manager then said she was going to call security on me after I had taken photos. I walked out of store and the 3rd staff came running after me out of the store as if I done something besides make a complaint & photos. Whomever replied to the initial complaint, I understand you may like the low score review but it was not the item that gave you this score, my complaint on how your staff decided to approach it. It was how you treated me in the store and out the store. I initially wanted to write to your headquarters but not one of the employees provided name, that is why I took photos of those involved. As you see the last pic of another woman that followed me out the store. The picture of the manager and another staff. The item is far from the issue, your lack of customer service. I plead you look at your high resolution footage and see I was trying to explain my complaint. The staff made it more then it should have. Also, you have proven by your false narrative response you are hiding something to the audience reading this.    Read moreI explored all the toy stores in Crabtree mall this past weekend, and this one, while pretty on the outside, feels claustrophobic on the inside. Everything feels off from the moment you walk in. I wasn't greeted, and rather was met with stares/borderline scowls from employees. Do you ever get the feeling you're being watched? Because in this store you are. I understand avoiding any product losses, but geez the store feels like a shoebox already; How close do you need to be on top of customers to feel secure enough that they're not stealing from you?
What really grinds my gears: I explored the upstairs of the mall first, and when in Eloise, I asked if other stores sell labubus or other blind boxes (like the miniso ones) and they explicitly said that they are the ONLY store in the mall that sells Labubus or anything of the like. Meanwhile, once I got downstairs, I discovered a GIANT collectible store called Niche and Dime with bold signage that says they sell REAL labubus and other popmart/blind box stuff. There's no way the folks at Eloise are unaware of this (I mean come on, there may be 3 stores in all of raleigh that sell real labubus), so it feels INCREDIBLY unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright shady to feel lied to ON TOP of the bad vibes the store already gives off. I mentioned this to the folks at Niche and Dime and they didn't have a single negative word to say, so I don't understand what this storeâs beef is with Niche and Dime (its painfully obvious AND seems oddly one-sided; I met another woman as I was walking up to Niche and Dime who was told the same thing, leaving us both surprised to see another store with a full stock of labubus). Maybe if there was more time spent caring about their customers, then the experience in this store wouldn't feel like a weird art museum, and more like a place inviting collectors and folks just trying to find the rare items weâre searching for. I donât mean to sound so harsh, but itâs easy for me to feel frustrated by lies and uncomfortable experiences.    Read moreI was actually there purchasing some jewelry which the girl in the front was helping me, when a guy when to the register and asked her for coins she did say coins are $2 plus tax so that she if he wanted $20 worth of coins it would be 9 coins and he agreed,there was another customer who saw and heard the whole thing, a few minutes passed and this girl came to the front being rude to the employee saying why didnât she get her 10 coins to which she explained to that girl, she then asked her would you like to purchase another coin mind you she had told her already it was 2 plus tax she proceeds to give her $2 and the employee tell her itâs gonna be $2 and some change, Mind you Iâm still waiting for her to finish helping me, she leaves and comes back and tells her she only has 9 coins which I heard the girl in the register tell her that she gave her bf or friend that she gave him 9 coins and then the last one she got would be 10, it wasnât that the girl didnât explain itâs just that the girl was very entitled, she made a scene and the girl had a line she did say here just take the coin get your toy and leave the store that she did say, another customer asked her is she was ok which she said she was, over all I donât think it was the employees fault I think some customers just donât have common sense, and itâs funny cause she did say imma be in trouble cause sheâs gonna leave a bad review jokingly and said if they do please you saw everything ohh and the other customer said she would defend her to if they came and said something so hopefully she does, over all some customers are rude and deserve to told to leave the store, some customers forget that thereâs other people watching and when they come and leave reviews like this because they think they can treat people like that an expect no reaction is ridiculous, but I got my girls back.told her I would leave a review if I saw someone say something about...
