I have been a loyal customer at vestique for 7+ years. They have cute clothes at fairly reasonable prices. In the past, if I needed to return or exchange for any reason I’ve had no issues. Recently I bought a dress for a vacation. The weather ended up being super cold and I didn’t wear it. I finally had a chance to wear it but when I put it on, I realized it was WAY too short for me. The item is still being sold at the store and online, however, it had been a couple months since the original purchase date. I figured I would at least get store credit and get something I can actually wear. However, the store said they had recently changed the policy and could not take it at all. Even tho, they are still selling it! And the tags are still on the dress! I never would have purchased a $54 dress if I knew I wouldn’t be able to return for at least a store credit. Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the sales people that helped me but they were great. I went in to get a gift for my daughter and came out with several things for myself too! What a great selection! I loved everything. I have worn a few of the items I purchased and and gotten lots of compliments. The pieces washed up nicely because they are good quality, unlike some other places I've been that sell "disposable clothes" that are ruined the first time you wash them. Well my new bra would not stick at all and when I brought it back I was told they would not accept this item as a return. UPDATE: The manager of the store responded to my review and explained that the situation was a misunderstanding and that while they do not accept returns of stick on bras they would exchange it for a new one since it was a defective product.
