Mira Raleigh Apartments — Local services in Raleigh

The Mira is in my opinion the best apartment in the City of Raleigh!! This was the first out of around 15 luxury apartments I had toured in Raleigh and Durham, and nothing else came close for me.

With the best view of the city and a short walk from plenty of restaurants and activities, while also being tucked away from all the noise and commotion, it feels like you’re getting the best of both worlds! The amenities are top notch, with multiple areas to bring friends and family, or just get out of your own living space and meet neighbors. Swimming, Billiards, Ping Pong, Golf/Sports Simulator, Arts/Crafts room, it’s hard to remember them all, the list DOES go on and on! A beautiful gym with free weights and all the equipment you could possibly need.

Above all else, I’d say what separates Mira from all of the other places I’ve lived or toured is the Staff, and their constant dedication to making The Mira feel like home for everyone, and getting us all together and networking for social events! I wish I had taken more photos of all the fun stuff we do together as a community, but to name a few that were some of my favorites were the Rooftop Hibachi Dinner, the Trolley Pub around downtown Raleigh, and the community ice skating event at Red Hat Amphitheater(it’s right across the street!). The front desk staff as well as maintenance team are always friendly and communicative while also upholding a great level of professionalism. I’ve never felt like they’re just here to get my money (something I feel is common with apartments/renting in general), and genuinely feel like they care about every person that lives here.

It's been a week since I have moved in to Mira Apartments Raleigh. I looked around several apartments in DR and North Hills prior and Mira by far checked off all the boxes. Aside from the fact that this is a relatively new community, the view of downtown Raleigh from the Sky Lounge and my apartment windows are just amazing! It's close to everything in downtown! I am happy I chose Mira and here's why: There is a sense of community, cozy and warmth in this place. From the time I toured the units with Madeleine, up to the time I sign the lease, my experience have only been positive. Staff are just GREAT! It doesn't feel like a 'transaction', I felt like I was ushered gracefully to my new home! Madeleine, Faith, Crystal at Leasing are approachable, professional and they always make me feel welcomed and makes sure I have a seamless transition to my new home. They always answer the phone, prompt with email communication and helped me with all my questions. Julian and Henry at maintenance are superb! Always helping, Julian went above and beyond making sure I have a smooth move-in and made sure the PODs is accessible and safe. If you are a First Responder or a Nurse, they will stuff your fridge for free! That's truly giving back to the community! I must say, Mira is hands down the best apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you step into the building, you can tell that the management takes great pride in maintaining the property. The amenities are top-notch, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and even a cozy lounge area that’s perfect for socializing or relaxing.

The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes. The kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, making cooking a joy.
