Update :8-30-23 . I recently moved in officially and have been overwhelmed with how nice everyone is at this apartment complex. When I, my mother , and others were moving into the apartment complex many people introduced themselves and asked if there was anything they could do. I have two dogs and many people have been so welcoming to them also. All of my neighbors have knocked on my door and introduced themselves and told me if I needed anything to let them know. I knew I made a good decision when I signed my lease but I will be forever grateful to how welcoming everyone in the community is. I finally feel like I have a “home” in this community.

Candace the manger is THE BEST PERSON AND MANAGER! She is such an amazing person. She truly does want the absolute best for you and helps you through the whole process! I came to her during an interesting time in my life and she helped me not only for the application process but as a friend as well she listened to me. I am coming from a TERRIBLE apartment complex and she has been there for me every step of the way.

Thankful I get to move into a complex with such an amazing manager and person.

Easy commute if you work in the heart of downtown Raleigh close to union train station and Morris square Go Raleigh.

Maintenance makes sure that your service request is answer within 24 hour if you have any issues with your apartment.

Maintenance makes sure to keep the outside very clean and maintain.

Gateway park apartments is a gated community so you will definitely feel secure and safe when you come into your quiet peaceful apartment.

Ms Candace Griffin made sure my application process was at ease and she made sure that I was going to be well please of the apartment she showed me, Thank you ms Candace I'm glad I choose this apartment complex very pleased with my apartment you shown me.

They also work with people who have section 8, ms Candace also work with people who are on a base income application fee 13. 00 to process everything You will not regret living in Gateway...

I have called this place three weeks ago and have yet to get a response back from any one when I left a message with my number. After a few days I called back and still the same thing and I decided to give the management company a call to speak with David Heller. Also, left a message to return my call and I explain the situation. Even from him I have yet to receive a call. I tell you, what type of people are running or in charge of this complex needs to be removed and get some professional staff. That actually know how to answer the phone or respond back to people when they leave their contact information.

I guess this place is not worth me or anybody's time to fill out an application and get on the waiting list or whatever. So overrated with a lot of these places that charge a arm and leg just for a one bedroom when it's...
