4 stars for the assistant manager April in North Carolina. 1 star for the rest of the company. Terrible customer service. I made my purchase in California at the Sherman Oaks showroom. I bought 7 seats, 8 sides, and a pillowsac. The product is great. I was told but the salesman in Sherman oaks that my purchase wonât ship for 1-4 weeks and that I would be getting a call to set up a delivery time. He also said to disregard the fedex delivery label emails for the first week. 5 days later while I was out of town my ENTIRE purchase was left at my front door. Over $7000 sitting outside with nobody home... Next I wasnât happy with the pillowsac, nothing wrong with it, I just didnât like it. I called the website number and put my name in the cue after waiting 30 minutes. I received a call back a few hours later. The customer care specialist helped me place an order for extra pieces I wanted for my couch and put a shrink kit on the order to return the pillowsac. He said he would call me back within 5 minutes because he had to make my new quote, I never received a call back... I then called the website hotline again and put my number in the cue again. A few hours later I got a call back. A new customer sales specialist told me I had to wait for the first customer specialist to call me back because he made my quote and there was nothing the new customer specialist could do at this time. I urged the new customer car specialist to start a new quote so I didnât miss the end of the Black Friday sale. He reluctantly started a quote for himself âhe didnât want to do his jobâ. He then told me I had to purchase the shrink kit to RETURN my pillowsac. Although I found it odd I allowed him to add it to my order âI paid for the shrink kit to return my pillowsacâ... Now I have received my shrink kit and it consists of a bag and a duffel bag. My vacuum overheated while trying to shrink the sac. MY VACUUM ISNT STRONG ENOUGH TO SHRINK THE GIANT SAC... So I called the website hotline again and put my number in the cue. A few hours later I received a call from April, a Assistant Manager out of a showroom in North Carolina. THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO HAS HELPED ME... April said she would happily send me a bigger shrink kit FOR FREE and print up a return label for me once I call her on her personal showroom number. She also revealed that I should have never paid for the shrink kit I was using to return my pillowsac... Thank you April for my refund. The product is great. My family and I love the sactional. The quality is great as well as the lifetime warranty. But the employees Iâve dealt with are lazy and misinformed. April has been the only one who has apologized for all my troubles and made business easier... I hope...
   Read moreMy fiancé and I decided to order a Lovesac sactional after a horrible experience with Joybird. Long story short, the couch we had ordered in the end of August and was scheduled to arrive in mid November was going to be delayed by a month and a half. We had hope to have a couch for Thanksgiving and definitely need one for X-Mas as we are hosting family. Seeing as Joybird completely messed it up, we cancelled it and after a lot of research we decided to visit a Lovesac Store.
We went to the Crabtree Mall store and were welcomed by Sydney, who was extremely helpful and gave us a ton of information. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but we literally changed everything. Sydney was also very patient in dealing with my fiancé's and I bickering over what cover color, type of cushion, and number of seats we wanted. The manager (sorry I forgot her name) was also there and was also very helpful in giving us a ton of insights on color and info related to how pets would react to the couch. We left the store very satisfied with the service, but still a little skeptical of their claim to have it delivered within 1-4 weeks (this was the Monday before Thanksgiving).
We were AMAZED when 6 DAYS later (Sunday after Thanksgiving) during a pandemic and Holidays the FedEx truck pulled up to deliver every part of our couch! This is by far THE BEST COUCH I have ever sat on. Yes, putting it together was time consuming, but totally worth it and you learn everything you need in order to change the setting you want. I could not recommend this couch and the Crabtree Mall store enough!

She empathized with my situation, she put herself in my shoes, she didnât make me feel like just another call/customer she made me feel unique. April didnât just place me on hold like everyone else had in the past, she didnât read a script, she stayed on the phone with me and she communicated through every step she made. I felt as if we were a team. For someone to make my stress and worries disappear when I already have enough in my personal life, it was a complete blessing. I wanted to get off the phone and cry of joy. My wife is battling cancer, our 6 year old is struggling with the fact. School is different for her, this year so many have fallen to Covid, itâs been a tough, brutal year. April gives hope what she does for others is absolutely amazing. It should not go unnoticed. For the first time in my life I find myself wanting to write a review. She deserves the best, sheâs given me hope, not just in this company but in my future, my families future.
