This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with Pandora. I have spent a lot of money with Pandora and it really shouldnāt matter what you spend with this company you should be treated with respect . I went into this location in which I have shopped many times. I was greeted and serviced by Roel. Roel helped to the best of his ability and was not the issue.
I wanted to exchange my bracelet from a 6.7 to a 7.1 . After I was informed that the size was sold out , I asked to see the tray of the silver bracelets. Roel did state that he couldnāt bring the tray out because of what he thought was the policy . Roel did ask several other employees and then he came back and did bring the tray out . Roel stated that it was the charm tray that couldnāt be brought out and said that was recently changed . However , Ashley who is another employee had the charm tray out for another customer . And you can check the camera for 9/1 around 6:30PM -6:50PM and you will see her with the charm tray out . So whatās the policy or does it apply for some ? I hate to think this was a discrimination concern.
While Roel brought the bracelet tray out I was waiting for , Ashley came over and took 3 bracelet from it while I was viewing which was so Rude!
Not once did NINA come over to offer help or speak to see if we could use any other help . She then stood in front of the counter and stared . Nina then moved to the other side of the counter and was suppose to be helping someone but proceeded to look at us being serviced by Roel. I do not appreciate being treated by racism .
Ashley had the charm tray on the counter so does the policy not apply to this employee . And she was very rude ! Nina who I was told was some type of management lacks customer service skills .
I do not know what kind of employees is at this location (Crabtree Valley Mall) But I will be calling...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTotally disappointed!! Went there on Saturday, July 14, 2018 to buy gift cards. Well they were out of gift cards and I was told they had been for 3 weeks. I asked them to call the Southpoint store to see if they had them they tried but said they didn't answer so I asked the clerk for the the number so I could try. As I walked out the store I called the ph num the clerk gave me and it was to the Southpoint Mall business office....really!! So I Googled the Southpoint store called the number and they answered immediately and confirmed they had plenty of gift cards. Didn't want to drive to Durham but I had to get the cards because of a specific birthday request of a dear friend. Sounds like management at the Crabtree store is lacking. How do you run out of gift cards? I would think when you saw the supply was low you would place an order not run out and not have them for 3 weeks! Corporate should not take that long replenishing supplies either. TOTALLY...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in yesterday Thursday July 11 at around 5:30pm. I was in business professional attire, there was 3 employees, two in the middle section behind the glass cases and one behind the register by the back. As I walked in they almost didnāt want to look up, I got to the register and thatās when one said what can I help you with, NOT one smile, NOT ONE greeting, just a lot of bitter energy. The employee by the register of shorter height and a medium/dark complexion didnāt even say a thing and I was looking right at her because the employees behind the glass cases were what seemed to be training. I continued to greet everyone myself and say hello introducing myself and they looked down and just gave me silence until one said just write your name on this and hands me a slip of receipt paperā¦unprofessional and unpleasant staff. It was like they were bothered I walked in. Itās sad. I was there for about 5 minutes & departed. Hope to see pleasant...
