Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Raleigh

Worst vs ever. Before the remodel I loved this store I shop there so much and felt comfortable but the past two years I dread going into my store. Almost every employee is so rude to you. I've had one or two girls that were nice and courteous. The manager is a horrible snob. You can just tell she starts her day wanting to make someone cry. I've written multiple emails in the past two years and they still haven't changed. I drive 30 minutes to Cary or triangle just to avoid this place. I went for the pink Friday pre party last night and there was so much miscommunication on the promos. In the end the manager had to give us all three freebies with our $150 purchase but at first she said no water bottle that night only the next day then she says we had to pay $220 to get all three freebies. If southpoint wasn't so far I would've gone there. Get it together Crabtree store you make people miserable with your terrible service. I work hard to be able to have extra money to spend on my favorite clothes I'm not going there and getting stuff for free. We are paying customers and you should treat us better. Figure out your line system too. I waited in line behind a girl for thirty minutes only to have them take the girl in front of me then proceed to tell me I wasn't "in a line" and had to go to the back of a different line and edit thirty more minutes. Ridiculous. Will never go again...

I don't really shop at Victorias Secret but it was Mother's Day weekend and someone had bought me a fragrance lotion from there, they really smelled GOOD. NOT only did it smell good, but the fragrance actually stayed on you a fairly long time which is rare and hard to find. Well I may had it about a week or two before it just vanished and I no longer could find it. So since I was eating at a restaurant at the mall where Victoria Secret was right across the way, I thought now would be the perfect time to run in there and grab that lotion and then get a bite to eat. To my surprise they had a sale going on where you could get 2 for $20 of the spray or lotion so I decided to get both the lotion and the spray that went along with it. Then, I was ready to go so I thought!! It literally took 20 minutes to get through the check out line and I thought it was due to the sale or Mother's Day weekend, but the girl in front of me who is a regular shopper told me that it's always that way. I will never go in another Victoria Secret because that is ridiculous to only have 3 people working a register and you guys are busy like that all the time. Sorry I’m forgetting but I think it was BB , or GG went above and beyond to correct the issue and it was busy that day I had issues , I think she noted my concern and from a customer service standpoint it how the other two sales associate rushed my question abandoned me and told me the dressing rooms were full , anyhow ; I was just figuring out if my deal was valid , and at the register it wasn’t caught so more of a learning moment , and that store manager truly understood and made me feel much better about the other two ladies blooper customer service moment , I do understand it was on the original busy day , so I went back today and BB came up to me to help and assure me she didn’t want me to feel any sort of bad way but I of course it was more about bringing it to attention , but super sweet and def a great team leader and stomped out my fire fast ; I also noticed the cashier who executed my return today was top notch cashier , and was also quick and efficient, :) happy Monday , thanks again for your teams prompt concern and help addressing my...
