3 stars are solely for the wonderful woman who helped us today- Iām sorry I didnāt get your name. I had been wanting a small rug for ages and has been putting it off. Yesterday, I saw it was on great sale so I decided to do a pickup order. I went through their website to find a few other things- let me just say, this store is not responsible for the website, but this was a terrible experience! I placed my order and got no estimate of when it might be ready, so by the time it finally was, I couldnāt go. No problem, they hold it for ten days! We went to pick it up today, the rug was not included. I asked, and the wonderful associate double checked but none were in stock. I created this entire order around this rug. I asked if they might have others on clearance ( there had been some the previous day) and she did direct me to the rug section. There, I found rugs I had liked yesterday, but said they werenāt available in the store! (They werenāt marked for clearance, so this story doesnāt end with me happily going home with a rug) I did double check my emails and at no point did they let me know that I would not be getting this rug, which is really obnoxious- this store is about 20 minutes away up the most annoying road in the city. Iām so glad this wasnāt the only thing in the order!

I had made an online order, in which the young lady at the front helped me with. She said they had one ready if I wanted to take it I could. I decided to wait and come back...30 mins later I came back and magically neither of the items I was waiting for were available. Not only that but instead of standing and talking with me directly Tanner had me essentially follow him around the store for an answer. THAT IS POOR customer service.
I made sure to call corporate and make them aware. The sad part is, I work in customer service. I would have been fine if a resolution was offered. Instead I got a snarky remark "well shame on you for doing that" AND no apology for the inconvenience. If you don't want to deal with inconvenienced customers then get out of the customer...
