Mr. Kabab — Restaurant in Raleigh

Before I write reviews I give a place 3 chances to see how they do but every time I have gone there it’s always something last time I ordered in advance they forgot my order when I got there they had no clue so I had to wait for another 20 minutes to get my food what is the point of ordering ahead then I ordered again and they messed up again same situation they told me they ran out so why not tell me that on the phone then o go there and tell me sorry we don’t have that and last time I took my family in my son wanted to dine in the tables were nasty and not clean the food came out in different times I had to cancel my order because everyone else was done eating but they have no customer service prices are ridiculously high and the lady in the front counter has no sense of humor and she acts like she is giving people free food and can be rude . When you open a restaurant you have to have good customer service and be nice to people and make it a nice atmosphere for people to enjoy people spend money your not proving anyone charity. Me personally will never step foot in this place nor I will let anyone from my family or friends go there I rather go to a place where I am welcome and get treated with respect and...

Honestly I was a bit shocked with all of the good reviews how meh this place was. First off they forgot to give us part of our order and we ate in store.... There aren't napkins anywhere to be found at any table or by the drinks and none came with our order. My wife while hilarious looking desperately needed a napkin to clean the sauce off of her face. It was super clear what the sides were when I was asked for which one I wanted. I went with hummus which usually will come with something to dip in it. Mine didn't and I wish this would've been conveyed to me during the order process. My wife's order was wrong and they had to remake it. When it came back out her fries were clearly the same ones as before as they were now room temp at best. Some felt almost cold. My shawarma came inside of a tortilla not really what I expected with I ordered it as typically it should be a flatbread. Overall the food was fine but I won't be coming back. Food was good for a fast food location. Be aware, when paying for the food the cashier turned the credit card machine and with a slight of hand added a tip without permission and quickly turned the machine back around. I asked the cashier if he added a tip and he indicated no, but when I received a printed receipt a tip had been added. A convenience fee was also added and no sign was noted a convenience fee would be added. I always tip but this was a problem for me. I was not given an opportunity to add a tip. As I left the cash register, I showed the receipt to the guest that was with me and they were surprised. The cashier was watching us and our conversation. The cashier came to me a short time later and said a tip had been added and indicated if I would give him my credit card he would take the tip off.
