I will definitely do business with them again and like that they are open later than all of the parts stores I have visited!! Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful.
The fan motor on my air condition quit working two months after the capacitor had to be replaced. I wanted to try and fix it myself to save on costs since it seemed simple enough to replace. I was able to take the existing fan and capacitor up to Gianelli's and have it tested to make sure that was the problem. The fan had gone bad, and was able to replace it with a universal model at more than half the cost of the factory brand. Tim attached the fan blades onto the new motor along with the wiring to the capacitor.
I spent several hours over two days working on it and was not able to get it running. When I spoke to Tim I figured I had the wiring wrong so he said he would stop by and check it out. Once he corrected the wiring it still wasn't turning so he proceeded to check the power and come to find out one of the two main fuses in my circuit breaker panel was not making connection. Once he made the adjustment to make connection my fan motor was up...
Read moreHello, My air conditioner was not cooling my home. Called a couple local repair shops and they were asking way too much for the repair. I found out I had a leak and all the Freon was gone. A co-worker recommended Tim from Gianelli's. Called Tim and I swear, he was a blessing. Explained EVERYTHING about my air conditioning system and how the repair would be performed. The cost of the repair was beyond reasonable. Seriously folks, Tim had so much integrity it shocked me.....and I told him so. I've had a lot of repairs on my home over the years and I must say, Gianelli's is the most impressive company I've had the pleasure of working with. Tim is the man. Found out that they do remodeling too. Moving forward, this is the company I will be working with for all my repairs. I usually don't write reviews, but I was truly impressed and satisfied with the service. Tim, me and my wife thank you. Seriously man, you saved us a bundle of money. Again, thanks...
Read moreI can't say enough good things about this place. A couple days ago the dial and mechanism broke on my dryer and I actually spent $600 to replace the dryer. Then my wife and I got to thinking about the possibility of it just being a simple dial replacement. After cancelling the purchase we went all around looking for a dial. My wife found one but it wouldn't quite fit. Then she came here. They took the time to listen to her, look at the part. They identified that there was something stuck in the old dial that was part of the dryer, not the dial. They could've have sold her that piece for $100, but instead helped her get it out of the old dial and into the new one at no charge. It worked perfectly and the old dryer is fixed. Thank you Gianelli's for being so kind and helpful to my wife and saving us a ridiculous amount of money. If we ever have any appliance issues in the future, this will be the first...
