If I could do negative stars I 100000000% would do that. I made two orders for Mothers Day I made the order on 5-5-2020 and right after making my first order I received an email saying that due to unforeseen problems my order will not be out until the 15th of the month then my second order didn't make the cut off for Mothers Day shipping so it will be out a day late. Well come Monday I got another email saying they attempted but no one was home. That was for my grandmother and she lives in a community where if your not home the front desk will sign for you and she was 100% home that day. I called Monday and the automated phone message said the call time is over an hour and you can have someone call you back so I put my number in and they called me back at 2:15 am then on Tues I did that once again thinking it was a mistake and once again they called me at 3:30 am. I called on Wed and waited for a very long time oh hold then when someone picked up they promised me it would be out the next day long story short it is Thursday and both of my orders which were promised to be there today by 8pm aren't at either place. Both of my orders are in two different cities and are using two different florists but somehow they both didn't work out. I spent over $200and all they can do for me is give me $20 off my next order even though I told them I will NEVER be making an order from them ever again. Also I paid for express shipping for both and they cant even refund me for shipping or my order because it is pass the "processing" phase. No smiles were delivered...
Read moreSo I don't normally complain however, the customer service was horrible and Jessica, an employee there was argumentative and inconsiderate. I initially ordered the flowers as a gift. The photos on the on the internet are appealing so I ordered them and when they got to the recipient they look like they were thrown in a vase and delivered. When you buy someone a gift you want it to look appealing. When I seen what the flowers look like I called and complained and they agreed to swap them out. The next day after several attempts the delivery personal arrived did not find the original flowers and left the new arrangement with a coworker. A couple hours later they came back to repo the flowers - lol.
I recommend you don't shop at this location they put in no effort to present your arrangements as it does in the photo. Also, I did bring that up to Jessica and she informed me that the photos online are photo shopped trying to justify the reason behind the reason of throwing flowered into a vase and sending them out for delivery is false advertising.

Read moreI give 3 stars because the two arrangements were absolutely beautiful, and the price was fair. My biggest complaint is this location did not do a good job of keeping me informed of the status of my order. Neither by email nor by text which I signed up for, did I get a notice that my order was being processed, was on its way, or had been delivered. If I hadn't been in attendance at the EXACT MOMENT that my arrangement was delivered, I would have never known that it arrived or how it turned out. Just a note to those ordering for a funeral; tell them the start time is 30 minutes earlier than the actual time so that it gets there in plenty of time to be accepted & set up. Overall, I wish this location would make it their policy to let customers 1) know exactly which local florist will be delivering the order 2) know that the order arrived at its destination on time & 3) that the arrangement looks the way it was...
