It was my first time going there to get my mom's bracelet gold bracelet repaired and Cesar and Mary was so hospitable and so nice they even complimentary cleaned my bracelet and wedding ring I was very impressed with their service and their kindness and genuineness.Cesar was exceptionally outstandingly great!! When I returned to pickup my bracelet 2 days later, I was do impressed and brought to tears in joy,!! it looks brand new!! So brand new I couldn't believe it!! it's my mom's bracelet who had passed away and that's why I started to cry because it was my mom's favorite bracelet she wore in everyday and she passed it to me. I lost her in April of this year... as in remembrance of her I will be wearing her bracelet everyday, having her close to me Cesar and Margarita and Mary and the Sawderer ( forgot his name) we're absolutely fantastic!! They did an excellent outstanding job on the repair of my mom's bracelet and they also let me know that it's a lifetime warranty on on all jewelry and if anything happens to it after they repaired it they fix it for no charge! I was floored! I was like great I love it !! So from now on that's where I will be taking my jewelry to be repaired and they do have beautiful jewelry there I have to pry my husband out of the house just to get him to go up there and show him what I like LOL... wish me luck on that one LOL I recommend anyone with jewelry repairing go to Gemma's in Rancho Cucamonga they are fantastic and the best! To say you are treated as a dear friend or family at Gemma’s is an understatement. Sally greeted me with a warm friendly smile and was such a sweet lady, very professional and personable. Margarita is adorable and truly just wants her customers to love their jewelry. I asked to have my 38 year old wedding set cleaned, repaired and resized. To my surprise, it needed a lot more repairs than I realized as my diamond was barely hanging on with one prong! (Margarita’s impersonation of my poor diamond was hysterical!) I took it in on Saturday and got it back within a few days. I was so happy with the way it looked…even more beautiful than I remember it being all those years ago! I had been looking for a jeweler I could trust to help me with resetting a diamond from a ring my mother left me and I knew right away that this was the perfect place. As a family owned business, you definitely get more of a sense of trust and feel like they are just as anxious to make you happy no matter how large or small your purchase is. I had no words when Sally showed me my new ring, but the tears said it all. So many emotions just overwhelmed me and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Loved the first time I got my ring back how it was presented, very nice. Second time though a bit lack luster & well there are now streaks on the center gem when held to the light. 😡😫 I have 3 wedding bands, an extremely modest one, what I brought in__ it needed resizing as I wear it most aside from a working one (silicone) & a more coveted heritage investment. As it is a simple lab made gem perhaps it's more susceptible to streaks???? Or perhaps it just was not cleaned from inside??? Honestly clueless. Can't be sure other than knowing they weren't there before & now are. I was, I suppose, a bit of a hassle to the fact that I needed it resized that second time after trying it on & it was much too loose still. Totally my fault of course for not having my finger measured. Still won't be coming back though simply due to the streaks, they are gnawing at me when I do look at it closely now. Sure it's either an easy cleaning fix or... Replace my possibly most sentimental ring 😤
