Shrimp Factory — Restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga

The waiter was rude to my dad and I, We ask her if we can change are odder to no corn instead of potatoes and she gave use a dirty look I totally understand from working in a restaurant she was the only server but there was 3 people in that restaurant. The restroom where gross paper towel where everywhere and the tolets where offer. The seats where sofar away from the booth and not close to the table. Being someone the is short. I spilt juice on my short. When I went to pay for my food. I have to spoke up 3x and everyone this was working their where on there phones. This is unfortunate because I was hoping that shrimp factory was going to be a good place to eat for my dad for his late father's day give from me. The sauce didnt have any flavor and all i taste was milde hotness But the vibe was off when we walked in the door and didn't get seated. That is why I'm giving them a 1 star and the fact is the manger is working when we where but didn't even ask use and the customers if the food was good or anything. She was sweeping. I LOVE coming here! I find good Cajun hard to come by unfortunately enough but the food here always comes out amazing and I never really find myself dissatisfied (except for the oysters but to each his own). I usually dine in since boils can be a bit messy at home but recently decided to have it brought home since it’s a little cold to eat outside for dinner. With that said I’m wildly impressed with the customer service and I only talked to an employee over the phone!
