Alright look… if you’re tired of spending $20 for a sad little salad, go to Tasty Goody ASAP. This place does not mess around. You want food? They give you food. Like, shovel-sized scoops. It’s like Grandma’s kitchen, if Grandma was a legendary Chinese chef who believed in feeding armies. 😂

The portions? HUGE. The prices? Suspiciously low. I actually double-checked the receipt like three times because there’s no way I should be this full for under 10 bucks. I got orange chicken, beef and broccoli, chow mein, and a soda… and I still had leftovers for the next day. My fridge said “thank you.”

And the food? FIRE 🔥 Real Chinese cooks, real Chinese flavor. None of that watered-down mall food court stuff. This is the kind of food that makes you dance a little in your chair while you're eating. You know what I mean. 💃🕺

Also gotta shout out the staff. Super fast, super friendly, and they stack your plate like they’re trying to break the laws of physics. Every time I go, it feels like a mini feast.

✨ Pro tip: Go around lunchtime when it’s busy. That’s when the food is freshest, and the energy is buzzing. Just bring an appetite and maybe stretchy pants.

I'm so disappointed in this visit. Came in this afternoon and there was an older lady there. She looked at us and ignored us for 5 minutes just standing there looking at us, then decided to take our order, you can tell she didn't want to serve us. She proceeded to give me a spoon full of noodles and I politely asked her for more noodles because my order was for double noodles, I barely got one serving, on the other order I got vegetables and bbq pork, this lady gave me maybe 10 pieces of pork I should of walked out because she evidently didn't want to serve us for whatever feelings she may or may not have with POC, she made it very obvious. I asked for soy sauce, Sriracha and mustard at the register she said its in the bag and it was not. She was totally unpleasant starting from the moment we walked in. I have been a regular customer for years and NEVER experienced treatment like this at your establishment and im so mad right now i will proably never come back. By all rights i should of walked out and left the food, but it wasnt the establishment, it was the employee or older family member, maybe even the owner. Really disappointed with how this place has gone downhill since getting new management. Yeah they did a really nice job with the much needed remodeling of the place, buy honestly the food was much better back when the place was all worn and grimy looking. My biggest issue was with the sweet and sour chicken. They informed me that with the new management they no longer have containers of the sweet and sour sauce and instead they gave me 2 little packets like a ketchup or hot sauce packets to put on my dry chicken. I had to keep asking them for more sauce packets and it still wasn’t enough. I’ve never in my life ever seen a Chinese food place not offer a container of the sweet and sour sauce. This place use to have really good sweet and sour chicken. Plus the quality of the chicken was pretty bad. It was so chewy and I had to spit out a lot of it. Oh and they only gave us “my wife and I” one napkin. I think the new management is trying to cheap out and they’re doing it in the worst places. I’ve been going here for at least the last 20 years and it really saddens me how it’s gone down hill so much.
