Walking into PV’s, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere, which was beautiful and modern. The decor blends contemporary elegance with vibrant Mexican flair, featuring sleek furnishings, warm lighting, and colorful cultural accents that create an energetic yet welcoming vibe. The place was stunning, with a design that feels both upscale and approachable, making it perfect for a range of occasions, from romantic dinners to festive group gatherings. The spacious indoor dining area and inviting outdoor patio (pet-friendly, according to reviews) add to the charm, offering a versatile setting that elevates the entire experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special event or enjoying a casual meal, the stunning ambiance sets the stage for a fantastic time. Service: Victor, the Amazing Server The service at PV’s was exceptional, and our server, Victor, was truly outstanding. Victor was an amazing server, providing attentive, personalized care that made us feel like VIPs. He anticipated our needs effortlessly, ensuring drinks were refilled and plates cleared promptly, all while maintaining a warm and engaging demeanor. His menu knowledge was impressive, and his recommendations helped us discover some of the best dishes on offer. Reviews from other patrons highlight similar experiences, with many praising the staff’s ability to handle large groups and special occasions with ease. The entire team went the extra mile on everything, from checking in at the perfect moments to ensuring every detail of our visit was flawless, making the service a standout feature of the experience. The live music at PV’s was amazing and added a special layer to the dining experience. Known for its weekend mariachi performances, PV’s took things up a notch during our visit with the addition of a saxophone player. Someone playing the saxophone was a nice touch, bringing a soulful and unexpected element to the lively atmosphere. The musicians were talented, creating a festive mood that had everyone in the restaurant smiling and enjoying the vibe. The true highlight of the evening, however, was how the staff and musicians made my wife’s birthday celebration unforgettable. Instead of the standard “clap your hands” birthday song, they serenaded her with a heartfelt and beautifully performed rendition of happy birthday that felt personal and touching. Loved that they serenaded my wife with happy birthday, not the classic everyone clap your hands version—it was a thoughtful gesture that made the moment truly special and showcased PV’s commitment to creating meaningful experiences for...
Read moreOn Valentine’s Day, my partner and I chose to celebrate at PV’s Prime Grill, excited for an evening of romance and fine dining. However, we left the restaurant feeling deeply dissatisfied with our experience, which was overshadowed by several distressing issues.
Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were made to wait an astonishing two hours for our table. It became increasingly evident that later arrivals were being prioritized over us, which felt incredibly frustrating. As a Black couple, we noticed that other Black couples around us were experiencing similar neglect, particularly when it came to the offer of complimentary drinks that seemed to be extended to other patrons without hesitation. This pattern of treatment was not just disappointing but also raised concerns.
Once we were finally seated, we hoped to enjoy our meal despite the earlier frustrations. Unfortunately, the delays didn’t stop there. Our orders took an unacceptably long time to arrive, and throughout the evening, we observed the owner making dismissive gestures towards our section. This behavior was unprofessional and unsettling, leaving us feeling unwelcome and marginalized in what should have been a celebratory atmosphere.
This experience has compelled me to urge the management at PV’s Prime Grill to take immediate action to address these issues. It is crucial for the restaurant to foster an environment where all guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Only then can they truly claim to offer a fine dining experience worthy of occasion and celebration.
I will say the drinks will well put together and mix nicely and so very clean...
Read moreAfter coming here & having drinks at the bar, we decided we wanted to come back for dinner. We were so excited! The inside was seemingly beautiful, the ambience & the dimmed lighting, along with the incredible violinist made it seem like a great place for date night. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The whole experience was very subpar & just disappointing overall. Our waiter was very friendly, but it took far too long to get our drinks & it took about 30-45 minutes to order our entrees. I ordered the short rib fajitas; flavor was great, however, you get virtually no veggies that they put underneath the pile of meat & they give you (2) tortillas for a ton of meat so you have to keep asking for more tortillas. The appetizer plate that was thrown together on our table had crumbs on it before I even sat down so that was unsettling. I ordered a glass of house Cabernet, it came back with some pieces of cork in it. No big deal; I tell the waiter & he brings me a new one. My second glass came back with more cork in it & at that point I just didn’t want to bother with it anymore. The whole time we were dining, we were fighting gnats…that was incredibly unappetizing & gross. It is very loud inside so if you’re going for quiet, this is not the place for you. All in all, our experience was not worth the $200 (for two people) we paid for it. The food / cleanliness did not match the price tags of their dishes. I love fine dining. This was not that. Unfortunately, we will...
