I ordered online and confirmation said to pick up my order in the women's department. I went to the women's department and they told me it was in the men's department which I had to get in my car and drive over there. When I got to the men's department they told me it was at the women's. I told the associate that the women's department stated it was at the men's. She finally looked and went and got my order. My wife and I visited Macy’s Backstage at Victoria Gardens after a friend recommended it. It’s on the second floor of the main Macy’s—just take the escalator up.

The store is neat, organized, and has great deals on clothes, accessories, and home goods. The employees are very nice, and we’ve found some amazing bargains.
