LISTEN BEWARE OF MOVING HERE. Vanessa has taken her power of being the leasing manager to a whole new level. So in the office Vanessa makes a list of apartments to watch, and I was one of them on her harassment list, newly moving in! She has other tenants spy on your apartment, and they report to her whatever they notice. Vanessa turns around and begins to harass you about anything she was told. She goes a step further and tells tenants she makes buddies with your personal information. My personal information that only the leasing staff would know has gotten back to me and I do not makes friends with neighbors. This is criminal and insane! To make it worst, I am not the only one she has done this to. And they are huge with discrimination. Some tenants can get away with certain things, or get special parking, others are harassed! They pick and choose! ITS A MESS HERE! They seem unexperienced. First As I was deciding on a unit the Leasing manager showed us around. I wanted to see the larger two bed room triplex. So the leasing manager said, hold on. Are u sure u want to see that one because that unit style isn't want u said u wanted in an apartment. I cant remember exactly her words, BUT she said in other words "don't waist my time" So I basically had to convince her that, the other unseen unit was an option for me based on the description. I never had to almost beg a leasing manager to see another unit. Ive lived at luxury apartment complexes where the manager will show u ever unit they have if i wanted. They had EXTREMELY HIGH CUSTOMER SERVICE! Me and the person I was with looked at each other and laughed like damn! Turns out the unit I had to convince the leasing manager to see was the unit i chose that was best for me. I hope the service people have talked about is what I receive here. If it wasn't for the apartment style I probably would have chosen a different complex. Second, I sent the leasing manager my pay stubs in which I make well over the amount of money to afford this unit, but she didn't understand how to read it. And its a standard pay stub, mind you. So she calls me to go over it. O_o so i directed her to the left hand side where it says "salary" over to the middle where it says my dollar amount, but she was confused that above my salary amount said "rate". I further explained, that number under rate is my salary rate o_O and she said oooh ok! Obviously she hasn't seen enough pay stubs to be well versed on them. That was a first for me especially from a leasing manager. Anyway, this is to be continued. Will update in a few months.
Ok so Ive been here for a few weeks and its been pretty chill. Very diverse crowd here. Lots of blacks, hispanic and whites. Lot of kids! We love that part. Its funny i over heard the maintenance men getting the apartment ready next door and they obviously donât like the management here. One thing you may really hate about this community is the âHall Passâ they make you carry around if you go to the really lame pool or gym. They will ask to see your âhall passâ, ask you what unit you are in, and they will go back to the office to see how many people are on the lease! Pretty far out if you ask me! I and its most likely due to the diverse crown here as to the reason they do this! As i said in my last post ive lived in some pretty up scale places and this would never fly with those tenants! I have never ever rented an apartment and had this crazy policy! Its the stupidest policy Iâve ever come across! And pretty harassing. Image working out and they come in to do a hall pass sweep and start badgering you. In all actuality, they peep someone they donât recognize and to not single you out they check everyones pass. And by no means are people jumping at the chance to sneak into this pool. It reminds me of a pool at a motel 6. Very very basic! But again, this is what you get when the majority isnât of a particular crowd... ive witnessed the differences! And i hate to say I...

My wife and I moved in a few weeks ago, and we are thoroughly enjoying calling the Enclave our new home.
Huge thanks are in order: First, Estevan. He kindly showed us the floor plans, drove us around the grounds, explained the legacy of the Lewis family, and answered all of our beginning questions about the property! There's no doubt he went above and beyond...multiple times.
Riley, in the office, has been so sweet to us since we first met. She related to us on a personal level on what we were looking for in a new home. Her sharing her heart helped us make our final decision. Seeing her out in the community was a nice surprise as well, the other day. She was more than willing to come up to us and say hi! Thank you, that meant a lot.
Jessica also in the office has cared deeply about our experience from the start! With professionalism and great consideration, she expertly navigated us through our paperwork, gracefully answered many of our Day 1 questions, and joyfully greets us and many others (even the pets!) in the office every time we see her!
Richard is awesome! Always happy to lend a helping hand! Or a door tag for Halloween trick-or-treaters!
Kimberly has eagerly attended to our needs whenever the other staff has been busy or away. We can even joke together! In fact, she helped make the community event the other night, so fun! It was nice to see a friendly face as my wife and I are the "new kids on the block"! I can't wait to attend the next one - I hope y'all plan many more events!!
Chris, Jay, and Manny, our maintenance and groundskeeper team, have been prolific as well! Chris performed our walkthrough and meticulously noted anything that was out of place or needed a little touch-up (it wasn't much). His tenderheartedness was unmatched!
Jay is THE MAN! He's helped touch up a few things around the house and has been a gentleman about everything. Very considerate and knowledgeable. He's advised on best practices and even provided some helpful energy use tips for us to abide by in our new home to save money and energy!
Manny, the million dollar smile, man!! Every time I see him, he's hard at work and smiling!! Love his energy and whole vibe. It's much appreciated, especially early in the morning, on my way to the gym.
Yes, we've gotten to know many of the staff (and a few neighbors) here in just a few weeks. Technically, these are the people that we "live" with now. We couldn't be more grateful for this new extended family. Thanks be to God...
Read moreDo not be fooled by the aesthetic and seemingly well-kept appearance of the community. It is continuously going downhill. Just in two years of residing here, it was evident that the community was worsening. A camera in the front of the community was recently implemented due to an increase in reports of theft and unlawful activity. There were numerous incidents of stolen and damaged property of the residents. While the amenities are often well kept, there is insufficient security, and non-residents completely overtake the pool area. They often blast loud music and behave as if they own the place. Gym equipment is frequently broken by teenagers who act up, slam the doors, and misuse the equipment with their friends. As for rent, pricing has gotten out of control. People are constantly moving out and rent is raised every year, so don't plan on staying for long. Many residents talk amongst each other about moving out soon (if they have not already), as the quality of the community is declining. Not only are you reamed for rent, but you also need to pay for dependable parking if you have insufficient space in the garage depending on the unit. They will also charge you a hand and a leg for moving out, as they feel it is appropriate to charge you for maintaining their own property. Prices have gotten so out of control that rumors have it they are now depending on Section-8 residents to fill in available units, and many residents have discussed this amongst themselves. The only people I will commend are the hard-working staff, who were always very kind and efficient in repairs and maintenance. It is a shame that their hard work and dedication is overshadowed by the greed of the community. I am glad that I am moved out and now live somewhere more conscious and respectful of their residents. Just be aware that living here comes with a large expense, and please be prepared to be blindsided by this community's...
