I wanted quesabirria tacos and found this place on Google with good ratings. This was a great surprise for this little place stuck in a0 corner of about 4 other store fronts. It had maybe 5 tabletops for dine in. I had the quesabirria special which came with rice, beans and a drink which I got the auga Fresca Pina, it was a great deal. The quesabirria taco was really good but I would prefer the tortillas to be a little more crispy since it was cooked on the flat top. The taste was what my taste buds was craving(hence the name of the restaurant) the meat was tender and seasoned just right and the juice that you dip the tacos in was so good, I drank the remainder when I finished eating the tacos. The rice was pretty good and was a great companion to the tacos. Now the refried beans was really good and the taste was quintessential of the beans I came to love. The auga fresca was really good and it threw me back to when I was a small kid visiting the border towns and this was a staple of times. I would rec this place and I will definitely go back to try other dishes all centered around birria. Go try it for yourself.

We've been going here for a few months now. The food is usually good and more reasonably priced than some of the other options around in Rancho Cucamonga. That all being said, this is my second time in a row ordering the Burrito Special for takeout in a special way. The last two times (both takeout experiences) I ordered the Burrito Special with chicken and asked them to simply add guacamole and replace the cheese they usually put in it with cotija cheese (because try it if you doubt it's good or wouldn't add to the overall quality of the burrito). Shouldn't be a big problem, yes? Well, FOR THE SECOND TIME, they not only gave me a burrito with no cheese whatsoever, but no guacamole, and no hot sauces (like they usually give you). I even asked for limes on the side and they couldn't even give me that stating that they "did not have any limes at the moment." (Last time, they gave me radishes instead.)

This sucks because, if you go in and sit down to eat, the service is excellent and they usually get everything right with your order. This is not so with their takeout, and by the time you get home and start eating your food, it's too late to go back and complain! I want to demand my money back, but instead? I think I'll just not go back at all. Do better. I'm the customer. If I ask for guacamole, cotija cheese, and limes on the side (and I'm paying extra for it) then it should be no trouble to put that in! (If it is, then just tell me up front, "No. We can't do that," and I'll understand.)

I can't give these guys lower than three stars because their food is actually quite good and they do okay when you go in, but their takeout and quality of meat (especially with how dry and unseasoned their chicken is) just saps what would otherwise be an outstanding Mexican restaurant. Disappointment at being told, "No," I can let slide. At least that's being honest. But not getting something I was required to pay extra for... Yeah, I can't let that one go, especially when it's happened to me twice...

This is my 3rd time eating here , this last visit was 65 bucks and the food was horrible , cooked in old oil our carne asada fries tasted just like the old oil it was fried in , the food was not hot at all my mom's food came with shredded chicken and it was like if they threw on boiled chicken with no flavor and none of the cheese on our plates was melted , my daughter's quesadilla was also barley melted and tasted nothing like a quesadilla I took it back up and asked for a side a beans and flour tortillas and again the beans were room temp and the cheese was not all melting the tortillas were hard like if they had been reheated more then once , they didnt even take off her quesadilla and just charge the beans and tortilla , in shock of how bad the food was we all lost our appetite and didnt even put a dent in our food ,as we were leaving my mom told them the food was very disappointing and they said oh okay sorry about that. So we just walked out after that . 65 bucks for food we...
