Was in a quick stay, used my own points and I feel as though I wasted them by selecting this property. Never have I felt so pressured as a guest to leave my room. I spoke with Elsa at the front desk (who was incredibly helpful and kind). I asked if I could have a late check which, unfortunately she said she could only do 11:45, which I willingly accepted and clarified I understood. As I went to my room to pack my items, I received a knock on my door at 11AM by a housekeeper who said I needed to leave because check out was at 11, I informed her that I was granted an extra 45 mins from the front desk because I was diamond and Elsa allowed me to (this conversation was in Spanish) after the housekeeper told me that, I was incorrect and that checkout was at 11. I told her I was packing my things and that I would be out shortly and as promised at 11:45. A few moments later after taking a quick shower I received another knock on the door around 11:30, from who I am assuming was the housekeeping supervisor. She asked me when I would be checking out and I informed her that Elsa kindly gave me an 11:45 late check out, she said nothing and walked away. I then at 11:45 received a phone call from the front desk asking “will you be staying an additional night or will you be leaving? Check out was given till 11:45, I informed the front desk agent that I would be putting on my pants and walking out the door. I believe the exact time stamp of my check out was 12:07. My apologies for the extra 22 minutes of trying to gather my belonging and get myself dressed. I remained incredibly calm but I find it very disappointing and I dissatisfied with my stay due to this entire situation. I felt as if I was a burden as a guest and that I was being evicted from stay at your hotel and as if I were a burden. As mentioned previously, I used my own points for this stay and to have experienced this is horrible. Read moreWe just spent a week at the Rancho Cucamonga,CA, Hampton Inn. The hotel is only a few months old and offered the amenities you would expect in a newer hotel. More importantly, the room and hotel were very clean. I worked in the hotel industry and am very aware of cleanliness. The room was comfortably in size and layout. The one drawback in our stay was the hot water supply throughout the hotel was intermittent. This issue is in the process of being resolved. But I would suggest you ask before booking. Having said that, the staff could not have been better about giving me a credit for this issue. Both Nichelle and Daniel were great. They were both more than willing to help with anything and went out of their way to do so. The breakfast included was surprisingly, very good. The food was fresh and plentiful. The entire service & eating areas were always clean. Even the coffee was good! Lastly, this hotel is incredibly convenient to everything this area is known for. Both freeways were within a 10 minute drive. The same for shopping/dining/entertainment at Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills. Ontario International Airport is about the same distance. Read moreStarted off nice going downhill quickly. I’m not typically a person that complains or writes negative reviews but, my last stay was not great. I have stayed here a number of times as I travel here for work often.The room was disgusting there was blood on one pillowcase which obviously hadn’t been changed out. I didn’t complain just slept( tried to sleep) on top of the comforter. Overall just unclean. There was a party in the room above me which was so loud it might as well have been in my room. I waited until around 11 pm and tried to fall asleep as I had to get up at 3am for work. Finally I called the front desk and ask them to call and ask the room to quiet down a bit. With no change I called back an hour later and was told that they had called but were told it wasn’t them making the noise. The noise continued for quite awhile and I finally fell asleep.
