Every time my husband Chris and I walk in, it feels like we’re visiting family, not just running errands.

Whether we’re checking our mailbox or sending off a print job, we’re always greeted with a smile and treated with care that’s personal and sincere. Just this week, I had a print job that I needed completed in multiple parts. I emailed it to them, and not only did they get everything done flawlessly, but when Chris went to pick it up, it was ready, bagged, and waiting. No delays. No hassle. Just done. When was the last time that happened?

By the third visit, I told them they were already my favorite errand of the week—and I meant it. I almost gave up. I was looking for a postal mailbox that was affordable and got bad service from workers at several other postal places both over the phone and in-person. It felt like I was bothering them.

Finally, after one last attempt, I called Post Net on Bob Hope. I could tell right away they were happy to get my inquiry. I immediately went to the location and was greeted by Hayley and her assistant. They helped me with setting up my new mailbox and some stamps I needed for letters. They were fast and efficient. They answered all my questions and thanked me for visiting them.

This Postnet location is absolutely OUTSTANDING!

The customer service is best in class, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable.

We took in some fragile antique documents for scanning and left them off with full confidence. Once completed they called and we went over to pick them up. The work was perfect and beyond our expectations.

Clean organized store with very easy parking.

I will say we have closer locations to our home in PD, however with the great service and expertise in this location we would not consider going anywhere else. Also, much easier for shipping items than dealing with other similar businesses.
