Pros: great return policy, literally thousands of of fans and lights with an easy user friendly search online that narrows what you need or want. The most popular items are in the store and I bought through the store after I thoroughly researched online for my fans/ lights which weren’t all on display.
Pro tip: fans, lights and decor will be better quality than what you would get at big box stores. Sign up for extra rewards just in case you need to return any items and it’s easier for them to look up past orders. Roger showed me vanities along with lighted mirrors that I will be purchasing in the future, Maricela knows what’s in and helped me with my lighting design, Roberto is very knowledgeable about all the products their including their fans. He educated me on the brands and explained the lifetime warranty that these companies offer. I had to return a few fans because I changed my mind after doing more research and was it easy and a stress free process. Replacing my fans easy because I purchased them through the store (even though they were only shown online). Lamps plus has more than lights! I bought a recliner and it’s honestly the most comfortable chair I’ve ever owned! Never in a million years did I think I would by a recliner from a lamp store. You’re better off coming here for quality fans, lights, decor, and apparently furniture compared to Home Depot or Lowe’s!

Read moreI ordered five outdoor fixtures. All five fixtures were charged to my credit card. Two fixtures were received and I was told the other three were going to be shipped three days later. Did not receive the three, so I called their customer service number twice. On both occasions I was told I should receive an email within 24 or 48 hours with the status of the fixtures. 48 hours later I received an email stating one fixture was cancelled. I called customer service and was told the manufacture discontinued the fixture. During the call the customer service rep saw that the additional two fixtures were cancelled. I told him we had already installed the two fixtures I did receive. Basically went no where with the customer service rep other than he kept apologizing. I went on amazon and was fortunate to find the three additional fixtures through a company in Illinois. Had to pay $40 more per fixture, but at lease they were in stock and I will get them. The sales rep who placed the order should have known at the time of the order if the fixture was available or not. Throughout this whole process I was not told three of the five fixtures were unavailable. Not a good experience at all! Lamps Plus will not be seeing my business...

I got a representative named Maricela on the phone. She was amazing , so much so, she took time to search both in the store and online while I discussed my requirements for 2 ceiling fans for 2 bedrooms. I was so impressed with her helpfulness that I decided to go to the store in person . Bottom line Maricela was a great sales person ,a pleasure to work with and we looked at different fans online and in the store. I eventually after looking and testing purchased 2 very nice quality high end fans. Now I am so excited can't wait to have them installed. The 52 inch Monte Carlo clarity brushed steel hugger ceiling fans are so modern and beautiful and the price was more than competitive.
