I have applied to this place three different times. The first time was before they ever opened trying to get out of Domino's managment. Then about 4-6 months after opened still trying to get out of Domino's. 6 months after this location first opened I was then invited for an interview. That time I wasn't allowed to pick The day set so manager obviously set the day. I selected the time. Now, as a general manager of a food establishment, if you're in need of staff to hire and your scheduling interviews, things you don't do!

  1. schedule interviews on a busy Holiday. Why? Because in the food service industry, all holidays are considered the busiest times of the year. Every single holiday should be properly. Staffed just for the holidays alone. Then to add-on the fact that if you're going to put an interview on a holiday, you'd better have extra management to take Uber the fact that you're not gonna be able to run in circles with your crew because you, as the manager decided to schedule interviews. I get there 5 minutes ahead of time to let the manager know. And 10 minutes past the interview time and only 15 minute interviews. According to the website interviews only take 15 minutes. If that is the case why was I sitting for 10 minutes after interview time. Remember this is my 1st time being asked to interview. I didn't get to select myself along with all the other applicants. Like the other applicants we are using our time, energy and some how got transported to the location if not walking by foot! As a former general manager of an establishment, I know applicants are looking for work and they could be out of work to wear if they're not hired next week. They could be homeless begging you and me for change standing in front of 711. So why 10 minutes past my interview time? As a former general manager I'm questioning. Do I want to work for a manager? Who's not well prepared trying to run a high volume business. I have experience running high volume domino stores so yes, I have experience with high volume. I have experience working circles around the staff. My last 3 jobs, I'm older than some of the younger guys. Are able to perform better and faster with just as good or better quality. So why in and out management decides not to look at my resume and skip the cannabis? Because now there's a law that you're not allowed to discriminate me against my medicinal cannabis use. But I was questioning. Is it common practice as the interview? To just sit there for 10 minutes. And then maybe the next 5 is a couple questions. Okay, thanks for coming by because to be. That is not even a good interview. It makes you question if they're not well prepared for you to interview. And then looking at all, the employees with sad looks on their faces as if they don't like their manager or their job, it made me double question. Do I want to work at this location now? This is when they first opened. Now getting laid off August 1st 2023 years after this location has opened. I re apply looking for work thinking. Maybe I'll get back into some food service. Since cannabis keeps laying me off every summer. The last 3 years because I was trying to get out of Domino's 30 hours a week during the pandemic. Doesn't help when you don't get to go home. And your bills still pile up trying to get out of Domino's management and their lives and. The support that they don't have for their employees. I just so happened to get a message. Congratulations, we'd like to offer you an invite for an interview. Please select your time from the following date. Which was Monday Labor Day like what? General manager schedules interviews on a freakin holiday. Go back to what and I first started mentioning holidays are some of the busiest days in all of food service and no way shape or form. Should you prepare anything other than your schedule accordingly? So years later I go in for an interview and the same exact saying happened. It's not fair to applicants! We sit 10 minutes into our interview time and why didn't I just select 415 instead of 4 to sit til 410?...

In-N-Out Burger is the kind of place that burger dreams are made of, where “fast food” is a misnomer because it feels more like a speedy gourmet experience. Walking into an In-N-Out is like entering a burger utopia where the air is fragrant with the scent of fresh, never frozen, beef and hand-cut fries. It’s a world where the staff are so chipper, you start to wonder if they’re sipping on secret shakes filled with extra happiness.

The menu at first glance seems simple – a testament to the “less is more” philosophy. But, oh, brave culinary explorer, venture a little deeper, and you’ll discover the fabled “secret menu,” a treasure trove of burger customizations that could make even the most stoic foodie weep with joy. Whisper the words “Animal Style,” and watch as your burger and fries are transformed into a masterpiece of extra sauce, grilled onions, and melted cheese. Ask for your burger “Protein Style,” and behold the lettuce-wrapped wonder that arrives, making you feel like a health-conscious, burger-loving genius.

Then there’s the “Flying Dutchman,” a carnivorous fantasy of two meat patties and cheese with no bun in sight – it’s like a burger haiku, minimalist yet profound. And for those in the know, “Neapolitan” isn’t just a type of ice cream; it’s a shake that combines all the classic flavors into one heavenly drink. Each visit to In-N-Out becomes a delicious game of “what secret combination will I try today?”

In short, In-N-Out Burger isn’t just a fast-food restaurant; it’s a burger haven with a cult following, and for good reason. It’s where quality ingredients, friendly service, and a dash of mystery come together to create an experience that’s as delightful as it is delicious. So, go ahead, order off that secret menu and join the ranks of In-N-Out aficionados – your taste buds...

In Rancho Mirage this In-N-Out is top quality in food & in Services provided.

Anticipate the wait time if in drive thru approximately anywhere from 10-20min due to nothing more than it's high demand.

My experience with the staff employees at the drive thru is always 10 out of 10 they are Attentive, Happy, & Highly Hospitable.

When under high wait times they will have a staff member taking your order with a tablet at the drive through to speed up the ordering process to get the traffic lane in & out faster.

When paying you pay at the first window & one of the staff members will provide a paper liner for your lap (if it's for eating in the car of course). At the second window you will be handed you food & may ask for extra utensils, napkins, ketchup or pepperoncinis, inclusively a cup of water, staff members will always be very graceful (never have I had a bad experience).

Drive thru is overall fast, efficient and highly accessible for any size vehicle.

Prices are very accessible, probably the best over any burger,Fries,& shake fast food restaurants in the Valley. Quality is just there, from the grilled beef paddy to the fresh cut fries & shakes.

They have an outdoor seating area with misters for the winter time.

Parking is vast, in the front & sides of...

In-N-Out Burger in Rancho Mirage delivers everything you’d expect from this iconic California brand — and then some. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with that signature In-N-Out energy: friendly, fast-paced, and full of smiles. The staff here truly go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly, even during the busiest hours. Let’s talk about the food — always fresh, always hot, and always delicious. The Double-Double was perfectly cooked, with the cheese melted just right and the veggies crisp and refreshing. The Animal Style fries? A guilty pleasure I will never apologize for. And if you know, you know — the secret menu is alive and well here. Everything tastes exactly the way it should: classic, clean, and satisfying. The location is spotless and well-kept, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Despite high traffic (this place is always hopping), they move the line efficiently without compromising on quality or service. If you’re in the Coachella Valley and craving something reliably great, this In-N-Out is hands-down one of the best stops you can make. Whether you’re a longtime fan or a first-timer, Rancho Mirage’s In-N-Out proves why this chain has such a cult following. I’ll be back — again and again.

One Star – A Culinary Lie in a Bun We went to the In-N-Out in Rancho Mirage and ordered what they called a grilled cheese. What we got was not just disappointing—it was insulting. A single slice of cheese slapped on a soggy, ungrilled bun with some kind of weird salad-dressing mash-up. This was not a grilled cheese by any stretch of the imagination. It was a culinary scam. The fries? Cold. Limp. As if they'd been waiting for someone else who never showed up. The "strawberry shake"? Tasted like vanilla soft serve with maybe one slice of strawberry thrown in to justify the label. Artificial, flavorless, and sad. It wasn’t just a bad meal—it was a bait-and-switch. Cold food, false advertising, and a complete lack of care. In-N-Out should be ashamed of this greasy, flavorless lie. Avoid this location unless you’re into disappointment with a side of ketchup. The only good thing I can say about this location was that the staff was very friendly and attentive, and did things as quickly as possible. They certainly are not responsible for serving the lies that they are directed to. The staff did not come up with the recipe for that horrible monstrosity they're calling a grilled cheese, so this is not about them.
