Rocky's Ace Hardware — Local services in Randolph

I knew of Rocky's in Randolph however, I never shopped there. Although it is only a Hop away, it was always Home Depot or Lowe's. On 8/23, I spoke with Store Manager Caitlin, regarding an issue that was an aggravation to put it mildly. She spent considerable time and effort to understand and made a recommendation, that beautifully resolved my issues and I couldn't be Happier!

Later in the week, I called to Thank her, not only for the solution or the time she spent but her demeanor that was so Personable and Enjoyable, bordering on Fun. That is the rationale for spending my time and effort to Praise Rocky's, returning the Favor. The opposite was routinely expected as it is such a rare experience. Caitlin wasn't available, so I spoke to Caitlin' clone, assistant manager Lauren, who like Caitlin was so Personable and Enjoyable to chat with, who also made me feel worthy of their time and effort.

I'm leaving a review at the request of my Nana, which makes it an even bigger deal to me (to be honest), but.. Scott had apparently gone above and beyond to help my Nana when she placed on online order for curbside pickup; Scott went out of his way to help her put the fire pit in the car for her, teach her how to put down the back seats in her car (haha), spend the extra time helping her in general and wouldn't accept a tip or anything of the sort. I just wanted to thank Scott for making my grandmother's trip to Ace Hardware such a pleasant experience. She said Scott was all around pleasant and just such a great help, she insisted I leave the review.
