DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE ANY OF YOUR MONEY. There are many other boutiques in Red Bank that are much kinder to their costumers and have better quality clothes than Lucki Clover. I will never step into this store again. Here is my experience: I was at the store tonight with my fiancé to look for an engagement dress and the girls working were very rude and made us super uncomfortable. They did not greet us like most stores would when you walk in (not as big of a deal compared to their other actions). They constantly gave us dirty looks while also sitting on their phones. They kept peaking over at us when we were picking out clothes as if they were trying to catch us stealing. When I went to the fitting room to try on a dress, I asked my fiancé to help me get the dress on (I have an injured shoulder) and one of the woman yelled at us right away saying he is not allowed in the room with me. I told her I need one minute so he can help me and she repeated again that he couldn’t be in there. She could’ve just asked us politely but instead she chose to be extremely rude. I ended up uncomfortably keeping the door open as my fiancé helped me change just so she would stop bothering us. Then every time I would open the door so that my fiancé could see the dress, all the girls would give us very dirty looks and seemed like they were trying to catch us doing something that we shouldn’t be doing. It looked like they were trying to see if we were stealing the whole time. I actually found a dress I liked but when I told them there was a stain on it, they just stared at me unwilling to help resolve the issue. A few moments later, their response was “I’ll take what you don’t want.” Seemed like they didn’t want me to purchase the dress because they were too lazy to help resolve the stain issue. We decided to put everything back and leave because we felt extremely uncomfortable. I told the workers that this was an uncomfortable experience and they just stared at us. We will never go back there. Please shop at other boutiques in red bank before you go here. Don’t give people like this your money. I’m very upset about how my fiancé and I...
Read moreI’m not one to complain publicly but this needs to be said. I went in there last night with my daughter after having dinner in Red Bank. We were in there at about 8:30, shopped around a bit and asked if we can try some items on. There were three girls working the shop and one of them happily let us into the fitting room. I was very quick about trying on my clothes and decided to purchase two items which were well over $100. With others still in the store, someone said that the shop was closing in five minutes. I hurried out of the fitting room. The girl at the cash register seemed to be very annoyed at me for some reason. The time is 8:55 at this point. She rang up my items and put her hand out for payment without so much as glancing at me. I handed her my credit card and she plopped it down on the counter with my receipt and slapped a pen there and said “sign this”. Never looked at me. I found this girl to be completely rude and disrespectful and if she was my daughter, I’d be utterly embarrassed that she would treat anyone with so much disrespect. I was making a purchase of their over priced items, not asking for directions. This is not my first time in this shop. I shop there for my daughter’s quite frequently and I always find the employees have somewhat of an attitude, but this cashier #100101 (I didn’t catch her name) was so rude that I will not be back. I’d rather shop anywhere else. Dear snot head cashier 100101, sorry I held you up on a Monday night to purchase items from a shop that you probably don’t own. You just cost your employer a...
Read moreSo I shop here pretty regularly as I live nearby and I love shopping at cute boutiques. Their clothing inventory is always great which is the only reason I keep shopping here (and the only reason they’ve gotten 2 stars on this review) Every time I shop here, I don’t expect good customer service since I’ve never received it since they’ve opened but as I said, I keep coming back simply because I like their store. However, two days ago when I was there- the girls working were worse than usual. The store wasn’t busy as they were like an hour away from closing and it was a weekday...there were maybe two other customers in there. I was not greeted once, the girls were behind the counter just chatting about their spray tans and such like they’re just hanging out (the reason I mention the spray tan is because I could hear their whole conversation throughout the store and I don’t know the employees’ names but she’s recognizable by being orange) They didn’t even acknowledge my presence in the store. The only reason I come back is because I like boutique stores and the quality of most of the clothing they carry isn’t overpriced. I’ve seen many other people comment this but advice to the owner if they even read these: stop hiring some random high school girls who have no desire to work, don’t acknowledge people who spend hundreds of dollars at your store and treat being an employee as just hanging out with...
