I'd go negative 5 if I could. These arrogant arses are so quick to lie to customers and sell them parts they don't need or the wrong parts and then are so lazy they would rather lie some more!!!! I tried to return a belt never installed with the receipt and was told that a small piece of cardboard prevented them from finding a place to store it!!!!!! The manager doesn't care if you can return them because he still has your money and would rather rip you off then for once just maybe try to fire a few synapses in the gelatinous ooze or what ever it takes to use some cognitive functions to apply some adhesive backed reinforced strips (tape) to the belt which I was neatly holding in my hand. I had to leave the store and could barely contain my frustration at how he didn't even try to find a way to help me.... just stared at me like I had a Tbi (traumatic brain injury) I fear for the safety of anyone buying parts from this store if they cannot complete a simple task as this you really want to trust them with you or even your kids safety!!!!!!! I will never spend a penny here... and will always go to auto value for better quality and very good customer service and knowledgeable friendly staff that want you to have a safe vehicle not empty...

Editing this review to add, TJ is one hell of a good employee. He remembers me when I come in, knows what what he is talking about, always gives different alternatives that may work and knows how to look up my vehicle specificallyby plate- no one has ever done this for me. I have a very specific car that does not have the usual specs of the typical brand. I enjoy seeing him there when I go in because i know i will get the products i need..

Everyone here very helpful, and they conversation about my car, I learned they had some custom floor mats for my vehicle in stock, which I got a great deal on!!!...

If you want the wrong parts and to teach auto employees about their own products, this is the place to go. There's one guy that somewhat knows what he's talking about. If you need a headlight bulb or something, sure, this place will work. Anything beyond that and you better triple check every inch of what you're buying, and then triple check it again.

I bought a bunch of brake lines and they were all grabbed from the same spot, get them cut and everything only to find out that a couple of them are not the right flair. Now I can't return them. Unorganized and...
