I can't say enough good things about the help I recently received from Red Wing Computers. I received a popup that looked like it might be a scam on my bank's website. Being computer illiterate I could not escape the site so I called Paul at Red Wing Computer in tears he walked me through my problem and waited while I tried to enter again and when the same site came up again I asked if I could come down and he readily agreed. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Redwing Computer from start to finish. It is stressful when your computer is down and both Paul and Chris went out of their way to answer my questions and put me at ease. They are knowledgeable caring people and I could not have asked for more. The service was professional and the prices were very fair. They even followed up after the fact. I will definitely both recommend and also use them again in the future....
