We went in and there were four workers who didn’t even greet us or try to help us. We were the only customers there. Very disappointing service and knowledge of the products. We wanted to get a phone number released from a line and added to another and the only thing that the lady there said was, “that sounds like a lot of work” and proceeded to not help us. We did not get what we wanted accomplished there. Advice, if you need to open a phone line, don’t bother going. They will not be able to help you open up a line. You have to set it up over the phone. They kept saying they would “get us started” with things but they never even helped us in the process at all. Save your time and just call 611 the phone service. Don’t waste...

I asked the young guy about a phone case knowing my phone a s22 and considered old (purchased new 14months ago) I didn't think they'd have it, as I used to be a store manager, and know they keep limited stock.
