I have to admit that I was not looking forward to getting the product I needed for our event as I had not had great experience with other engraving companies. The product was always generic, and the cost never seemed worth it. Bright's engraving exceeded my expectations. They worked with me on a design relentlessly, even working on the weekend to make sure that my item was exactly how I wanted it in time for my event. They ordered extra product to create the design I wanted, and even made some really fun suggestions to add some extra razzle dazzle to the item. I placed an order for 5, cuff style, memorial bracelets as a gift for the family of a fallen officer in Milwaukee WI. Joe was incredibly kind and personable. I trusted him and let him take the lead in the design and they were absolutly perfect... except for a small error on my part. I contacted Joe to order 5 more with a correction made and he was great in arranging everything for me. He was quick to respond and get the new bracelets to me. We have gone to Bright's for our engraving needs for years because of the prices and customer service. They consistently go above and beyond for their customers. I can always count on quick communication and accurate time estimates. Last week, I placed an order and made a mistake on the engraving.
