Redlands - Downtown — Local services in Redlands

The service is great, but I understand the difference between Metrolink and Arrow.

One of the issues people seem to be having is that Arrow is using the Metrolink trademark, so the uninitiated are having trouble distinguishing between the two.

Metrolink only has one departure per day, and it happens at the platform with all of the unnecessary benches, whereas Arrow, which has frequent service throughout the day, has a platform without any seats, despite the fact that it is the one that actually needs them.

The City of Redlands, which is responsible for both the Metrolink station and the Arrow station downtown, does need to correct...

The most inconvenient and annoying experience I’ve had in a while. There are no signs telling passengers which station is which. There were 20 people standing on the platform waiting for the train. The train stopped at the other side of the tracks. It then honked at the 20 people standing on the platform waiting as it sped by.
