The service is great, but I understand the difference between Metrolink and Arrow.
One of the issues people seem to be having is that Arrow is using the Metrolink trademark, so the uninitiated are having trouble distinguishing between the two.
Metrolink only has one departure per day, and it happens at the platform with all of the unnecessary benches, whereas Arrow, which has frequent service throughout the day, has a platform without any seats, despite the fact that it is the one that actually needs them.
