For all the tough critics on flavor... THIS is the spot for you! I’m a firm believer that the fries of a spot should deeply represent that location and I was very right! Not only did the three people in my party love the fries, it hit the spot for each of us and we all prefer very different foods and have different diets. They had a fresh aroma, were hot, and not overly salty. Oil didn’t drip from it and every fry was perfectly delicious even until the last one! I had the Eureka! American Burger with a well done patty. My goodness, that patty BURST with juiciness and flavor, so much so it surprised me and I couldn’t fully register what was there that I could see (lettuce, pickles, meat, sauce, cheese, onion) between the toasted burger buns! I was amazed and impressed and finished the whole thing in one sitting! My friend had the chicken burger and thought the hot powder made him cough a bit (having inhaled it), he found the chicken to be juiced and not overly fried. And my other friend had the Beets Veggie Burger and she was surprised by the burst of flavor that went beyond the simple ingredients. We all commented on the pickles, which added that extra crunch, and found ourselves pleasantly immersed in our meal. The only unexpected dish was the Brussel sprouts. We were mostly accustomed to baked sprouts with a lighter and paprika flavor, the orange chili was too much and we could barely taste the chimi-churi on it. In the future, we would want to get the orange chili on the side so we could choose our amount for our different palettes. The biggest pleasure came from the dessert that steamed when we parted it. Most only dream of it, but we got a soft cake interior, cold ice cream, and caramelized pecans on the side with caramel. This was quite the closer of what felt like a perfect meal!! The hostess was very friendly and our server was more than helpful in helping us choose options. The restroom was clean and there’s a nice lot behind the building from the main street side. And social distancing was enforced and helped with the easy feeling of the meal. I would highly recommend it...

On Saturday March 18th, 2023, It was my birthday celebration, at first I had gone to Firerock in Calimesa, after told a ridiculous one and a half hour wait, I turned to Google to search for a place nearby, many places popped up, so I chose Eureka. I called them up, and a very friendly young man answered, he told me the wait was about 45 minutes if dining outside under the tent, so I told him I was going to convey the information to my party, he convinced me it wasn't bad at all outside, I told him my concerned was the women in the party would complain about being cold, he reassured me the climate was bearable. So I called again, the youman finally convinced me, we showed up party of 11 of us and probably waited about 55 minutes. Not bad as quoted 45, for some of us waited at the bar while they set up the tables for us, bar was also so friendly, finally the young host notified me when the tables were ready, I felt personalized and v.i.p as he personally noitified me instead of a text. We sat down and a friendly waitress helped us, we ordered some of the best burgers we've ever had. Staff was awesome, food tasted great, beer was cold, and atmosphere was exceptional. I'm so glad, happy and satisfied I chose Eureka, as it saved the night, I was so concerned about my guests, and Eureka didn't fail us, thank you for your awesome service beyond exceeding my expectations, I can't wait to return soon, and will pass the word to refer Eureka to my friends! Sweet potato fries amazing! The first time they were great the 2nd time.they were horrible. I think it was the chef. One thing i do like about it was it comes with honey UPDATE: This time we dined in. Let me start by saying we waited for our waitress for 10 minutes before we were asked about drinks and appetizers. We let that pass since it was a short staffed . Then we received our drinks. We ordered our food and had three hungry children. Spoke to the manager because they had our food on the counter WAITING, GETTING COLD… When the waiter came he was asked why did it take so long for us to get the food since it was ready for about 8 minutes sitting. He stated they have a policy that everyone at the table has to get their food at the same time. Even though one person had ordered wings and RECEIVED before anyone else. Fast forward to no refills, dirty plates left on table. ONCE AGAIN we had to ASK for refills. Nachos were hard as a rock. Cheese STUCK together because it was cold. Margarita was supposed to be lined with sugar, they did salt.

Lastly OUR CHECK, We were charged $15 if I didn’t triple check our bill. $15 OVER!! Triple check..

At that time COURTNEY was the manager and we spoke to her and stated our issues her response was TO CALM DOWN. Excuse me!!??? Calm down. We were calm. We were aggravated due to all the procrastination issues.
