I went in there this evening to pick up an online order that I had placed 25 minutes before I arrived, which was around the time that it estimated to be ready, and waited for over another 30 minutes while my party and I witnessed couples, families, and other individuals in line place orders and walk right out with their orders just a few minutes later after placing their orders. When I tried to ask the staff if I could have some of my money back or something for my inconvenience due to the long wait (for an order of which consisted of only 2 plates) they went ahead and refunded me my online order (of which is waiting to be seen) and canceled my order when that is not what I asked for, I asked for some type of offer or something to make it right for my inconvenience of waiting nearly an hour for 2 plates and they did not want to offer me anything, they basically just said we’re not going to refund you your money and give you your food, which is not even what I asked for, I asked for some type of discount or some thing in addition, to compensate me for the long wait, but no, instead, I was received with nothing but obnoxiousness and rude responses from all of their staff including the kitchen which was aware that they had completely messed up on my order and was not prioritizing it at all in a proper manner to fulfill my order. This place has no idea what they’re doing! Their staff is completely rude and they basically told me to leave with nothing in hand! I would like for the corporate district manager of this establishment to get in contact with me as soon as possible to discuss this horrible experience that I had to endure after a very long day of work and witnessing other customers place their orders and walk out just a few minutes later with no problems. I also tried to call and ask for the name of the store manager to which they said they were not allowed to give out that information so then they gave me a number (which is supposedly their corporate number) and when you dial it, it goes straight to a blank voicemail (black hole) with no type of greeting. Read moreI liked going to this place in the past because the food was good and reasonably priced. I can see things have changed with their management and staff. I ordered catering to be ready by 12:00 a day prior for my daughter's birthday party at 1:00. I arrived 12:15 they said it was not ready just give us 10 minutes. It was ready at 12:45 and I asked the manager what compensation is there for this order being 45 minutes late? The manager said sorry when you say 12:00 we make it fresh when you arrive and it takes 5 minutes. I said the cashier when I ordered yesterday did not tell me this? Manager says I gave you some extra sauce and chicken also. I said your staff should inform your customers correct information. Not just yesterday but today as well? Your staff said today it will be ready in 10 minutes and you said it takes 5 minutes. I said it 12:45 and it still 30 minutes after my time of arrival and now I have one more stop still to make for a catering item.
