Words cannot express how very pleased we are with this company. The owners and staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our logo was not in the right format for screenprinting and I had previously worked with another company on it as well as with the graphic designers at Vistaprint (repeatedly). Neither company could get the right color and since my logo had shading in it, the actual finished product looked terrible both times around. However, everything changed when I went to Bear Prints! Their graphic designer, Wayne, worked wonders with our logo! Not only did he get the exact color we were hoping for, he also re-built the logo to work properly for screen printing while maintaining the integrity of our brand-- including the shading and all! I was in their shop yesterday to pick up a sweat shirt I ordered, (one of many from the past) . Discovered the one sweatshirt was $60! Egads! The gal who waited on me was rude and when I said I found the cost was shocking she immediately grabbed the item and left the front desk..leaving me standing in the lobby alone; no SORRY, or... "well, let's see if we can have a win/win here, because I want your business going forward". NO! They had no idea I was going to put in another large order as we have hired a few employees for our next big project. Glad I don't have to put up with them any more!
