Changed 365 plan from AUD$109 to $159 without my knowledge. disgusting for a large company like this to manipulate and deceive without giving me no options and charging extra automatically. I don't need you Co-pilot garbage please. Refund me overcharged amount please.

Not to mention your one-drive is such a hassle to use... As a creative who has to look at many image, you one-drive system is a giant headache by hiding all thumbnails. You have no explanation of this once the whole system is setup and offer no wizard to deal with it.

The one-drive backup is all i signed up for and all i use! Now you have sucked more $ off me for the trouble it has caused and for some extra waste i do not need or did...
