W XYZ Bar — Restaurant in Redmond

Was trying to find a cozy bar near me, and this place came up. I thought it would be a great place to grab a drink and relax from a long and hard week from being a parent, working, etc. I was truly disappointed when I realized the place was full of kids 8 and younger, including a baby as well. I really don't mind kids, I have them myself, but this really ruin the vibe of trying to mentally (and physically) run away from the real world and enjoy the drink without the everyday reality. The service was truly amazing, the food and drinks were too, and the ambiance was beyond relaxing (if it weren't for the kids). I think this is due to a hotel above, but still. If it is called a lounge and people would choose it based on that, then the hotel really needs to try to separate the two. I felt as if I came to have a martini on a daycare playground. I will recommend if kids don't really ruin your vibe, but I don't think I'll be back myself. Awe inspiring is what I have to say! From the ambience, to the soft background music as well as I heard of some live performances on the fireplace to the side of the comffy FULLY STOCK PROFESIONAL BAR { Complete with full Heartwarming staff bartending like it was the movie "Cocktail" }. This place is mighty spacious and the menu felt simple just rite , I had a Cuba Libre cocktail aka " Rum and Coke " and the Goddesses serving offered complimentary trail mix nuts .
