We always have the best experience here. MANDARIN BUFFET is the cleanest buffet that i've ever been to. I would say that they could manage the bathrooms a little bit more, especially the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Please make it as clean as the restaurant dining area. The service staff are always prompt and attentive. Knowing when you need refills or directing you to where specific items are in the restaurant, They have over 20 dishes and habachi and grill bar where we get things made to order. We come in right before the dinner rush. Usually, this guarantees that all dishes are available and come out the kitchen hot in fresh. Many years ago, before the COVID pandemic shut down everything. Haiku sushi was located in Redmond, and it was our favorite sushi buffet of all time. recently. I've had the pleasure of knowing that. Mandarin buffet is also owned by the same family and that's why they have revamped their sushi section at Mandarin to include the haiku buffet experience bringing over the same sushi Masters from haiku to now make the sushi for Mandarin buffet. I was elated because the sushi is top-notch delicious! Their cold salads are delicious as well! They also rotate their menu so you can always have fresh options. New items that appear seasonally and for special occasions do make their rounds, like tge frsh oyster Thursdays, I do miss the small fried menos that they used to have dinner. I also missed the fried kingfish that they had too. The restaurant manager said that they sometimes have those items for the lunch menu because they do better during lunch. Lots of seafood options and lots of meats and sides to choose from. Did I mention this is our favorite Chinese buffet and...

They had EVERYTHING!!!! SNOW CRAB .. CRAWFISH .. SUSHI .. SASHIMI .. A grill if you want Mongolian .. roast .. honey chicken .. honey shrimp, fries, fresh fruit, salad, ice cream, chocolate fountain, poke, crab salad, all different kinds of salads or fish salads, desserts .. OMG .. EVERYTHING you love that's Chinese and Japanese❤️ SSOOOOO GOOD ❤️ Pricy but SOOOO worth it ❤️

EVERYTHING was fresh .. you can sit close and watch as they made it fresh.. as people picked what they wanted they made more .. it didn't sit where you'd have to worry about getting sick. They have tongs you use to pick what you want .. one tong per item. you CANNOT grab with your hands. Yuck .. that's a NO NO there.

Service was AMAZING .. kind .. friendly. They refill your soda if you pick refillable soda. They came by with a pitcher. We selected fanta as we are NOT Pepsi drinkers .. so next best option was fanta. As your glass got low they came by and filled it up for you. I feel that's the best option at a all you can eat restaurant.

When you are done with your plate just put it at end of table and waitress comes by and either takes your plate so you can go get something else or if your eating snowcrab will empty it as you will need it for the shells.

Overall .. AMAZING experience ❤️ we spent for two adults and one child who we said was 7 $110. I saved them on our Google maps so we know where to go when we want fresh seafood and fresh delicious options for EVERY...
