NOT AT ALL Fabulous! I hope the owner has fired the incompetent young girls that I dealt with last year. Many times I don't leave a review immediately after a negative experience. I wait to see if the anger has subsided. It has not. They mixed up my items with someone else's (email).I emailed them about it. No response. Second mix up with another order. I kindly let them know. No return emails or phone calls or texts. Finally went back to the store as it had been almost one month and only one of my wallets was on display and the rest were MISSING! They said they could not verify authenticity on my Louis Vuitton (it is stamped) and the others were not in saleable condition, which is total BS. Each one is in great to EXCELLENT condition. I told the girl that they had better locate my items and I was taking the Burberry wallet on the shelf with me. She said I could not do that! Well, I said too bad and if I did not hear from the owner ASAP I would be seeing her in small claims court. I went to Trader Joe's nearby and wow! the owner phoned me! She said my items were found in the back room. So I went back to the store to retrieve them and I pulled each wallet out of the bag to make sure all were accounted for. They were all there, PLUS one from another customer's!!! I told the girl that that this belongs to someone else and left the store. Total disappointment! This...

I stumbled into this place and found a bag that I was hunting around for since 2018. I even went to several stores in France and the bag had been sold out in all the shops and extraordinarily over priced on the online consignment shops. Chloe did such a nice job of helping me purchase it and gave me a box so it was just like buying it in store without the pompous snobbery! I still can’t believe my luck that the bag was right down the street from me 🤣 will definitely...

Love love love this place... If you haven't ever gone inside there and looked around that's insane. The owner is really sweet and has some really high end brands for great prices and the store has something for all different kinds of women ... Highly recommend checking it out !
