I went in for a clasp repair on a necklace and Bridget was very helpful from the get-go. She did her best to be accommodating for time, but unfortunately I was only visiting for a short while and was unable to get my necklace repaired there. I’m certain they would have done a wonderful job, and they have the necessary equipment on-site. I went to Michigan a few days later and today I went into a jewelry store where I was quoted twice the price that I was given at Finley’s! I was pretty shocked that there could be such a disparity. When I asked at the Michigan store I visited if they would return the original clasp (18k white gold) they said ‘oh, I guess if you want it back we’ll do that.’ ~ surprising considering that it’s quite literally worth its weight in gold!
