Went into this shop looking for a hat. Was immediately racially profiled by the owner, who left the cash register unattended to come and tidy in the area I was shopping.
I found Sun N Sand bags! This is an old label that I was pleased to know was still in business. All of the bags, save one, were priced at $34+. The one was $19.99. I felt like I came up.
When I took it to the register, she eyeballed the price and went to look at the other bags, came back and told me it was $35, listed price be hanged.

Read moreWe bought a bubble gun for our toddler to play with on the beach, from here for $8. We opened it and plugged the bubble liquid in, and it was defective. We tried to return it an hour later and the elderly Korean woman at the counter said it wasn’t possible to exchange it, and said it was our fault. Given these things are cheap imports, but all together it’s bad business to not exchange an item that costs them 50 cents to buy wholesale.
I highly suggest to avoid buying anything from here that may be easily broken.
