SPECIFIC LOCATION - behind the In-And-Out Burger. There's not much to say. Due to the unnecessary and redundant Bottles & Cans bill you have to visit these guys for a refund on CRV containers. On one hand, the new owner has a website and a phone number. On the other hand, the employees often have bad attitudes and close up early. Who has old school 'bankers hours' any more? They are open Mon-Sat 9:00am - 4:45pm, closed for 30 min lunch, PERIOD. Looks like the owner is trying to screw their employees out of a full 40 hour work week. Oh, that explains the bad attitude. Got there on Friday morning about 9:15 AM, and the lines were already long. While I was waiting in line, several people told me that this was the only recycle center that was open, many in the area had closed. The guys who man the center really work hard, and are very nice people. No complaints.
