I donât know whatâs going on at this location lately but the service has been pure garbage. My drinks horrific. The girl that works there is unprofessional and uncaring. She is friendly when handing you your order but she talks about customers in from of customers and is a bad barista. Her and the guy working there talk too much during crowded peaks. She so unfocused I watched her mess up one drink 3 times. She was so busy complaining she was distracted. The last few times I tried to get a green tea latte, caramel brĂ»lĂ©e 2x the coffees were awful. I promise I donot like to give bad reviews because I work dealing with the public but itâs pretty bad here. They also have a promo where you can buy reusable cups. My daughter and I have tried several times to buy one and each time they never have or know where the tops are. At what point do you find the the tops or let your manager know this is going on? I used to love this location and I miss the other 2 young ladies that used to work this location. One went on maternity leave came back for a bit and left again and the other left sometime after the last holidays hopefully on to bigger and better things. Like they were watered down and foamy... no substance. Wife and I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and a mocha cookie crumble (I think thats what it was called). Both seasonal Frappuccino's. Neither was any good at all. Service was subpar. Both drinks had caramel and chocolate dripping down the outside and the server couldn't care less. I asked her for napkins to clean both up and she grumbled and handed me ONE napkin. ALL Starbucks I've been to clean your cups before handing them over. Both were placed on the counter without straws. She also grumbled when asked for two straws. Also she never gave me my receipt (I also forgot to ask for it though). I'll never order...
   Read moreGreat customer service from the baristas, however their location was not stocked on many items, including whipped cream, and a couple of their sandwiches. This is an issue directly associated with the location's manager. So I hope that they see this, and know that if their store isn't stocked, they aren't doing their job. The poor employee had to come up to me and offer to exchange my sandwich(which they didn't have) with another item. I could tell that he was uncomfortable, and maybe even embarrassed that he had to tell customers about this issue. I was one of 3 customers who had to be disappointed by this information.
