369 Ramen & Poke & Sushi — Restaurant in Redondo Beach

Came here a few times and each time was disappointed. This time, my girlfriend and I both wanted Bento boxes. We were greeted with a rude cashier who gave a condescending know-it-all attitude to all of my girlfriends questions. It was her first time there.

This time We both ordered bento boxes, mine extra beef and sushi and hers was chicken. The beef bento box was VERY thick barley chewable, like a jaw workout (not my type) but the Cali sushi rolls were great. They forgot my extra beef. My girlfriends order was wrong as they threw spicy sauce on top of the chicken after she asked not to because she is allergic.

The wait was super long even though we were the only ones there and the food we paid was very over priced for the texture/taste. Not sure why the rating is so high.

TLDR: They get orders wrong and the food is mid. Overpriced with long wait even though no one was in line. You get what you pay for I guess. Rude customer service. Sushi is...

I have been enjoying 369 Ramen and Poke since 2020. My wife and I come here 15-20 times a year.

In the beginning, there was an overwhelming number of reasons that set 369 apart from other poke places:

-Buy 10 bowls get one small bowl free loyalty cards -Yellowtail as a fish option -Avocado included in base price -Everything option for toppings included in base price

A large bowl with avocado and everything toppings used to be under $15

Over the years the price has ticked up steadily (now $19.79 for a large bowl with everything toppings and avocado), the loyalty card program ended, yellowtail removed as an option, and most recently avocado costs $1 (started at the beginning of April) and there is a limit of 6 toppings (everything toppings is $1).

It was my 2nd time eating there because the 1st time I really liked the food and it was to go. So the 2nd time I brought my mom and daughter and our waitress was so rude. I guess she sensed that we weren't ready to order and I told her " sorry its they're 1st time here". The waitress snapped back, "sorry my pen isn't working let me get another one!" She came back and we were asking questions about the meat and sauce and honestly you can tell she was irritated. So I made it an easy order. I ordered one wonton ramen and 2 chicken vento boxes. Everything was good except the chicken from the vento box were so hard you can tell it wasn't fresh. The other waitresses were nice. Our waitress was a tall thin Asian chick with no patience. Wouldn't come back...
