This is a long overdue review!

I have been working with Frank and team since 2019. They are phenomenal to say the least for both times we worked with them. We wanted to negotiate with sellers and felt heard based on requirements unlike other realtors who are not always to open to start that conversation with seller agents.

Frank and team takes care of your needs first and also provide you with feedback and suggestions if you need their opinion. He evaluates the property himself and gives his honest opinion.

Beside that they are also very prompt in their responses every time we worked with them and made sure you close on time with no delays.

While working with potential sellers, the home had many repairs and Frank was able to get credit for repairs and cleaning(which was amazing!). They were extremely responsive even after closing the property. Frank is not a good real estate agent. My husband and I worked with him to view a property about a month ago. He could barely give us the time of day during the showing. After we ACCEPTED his counter offer and gave him everything he asked for, he decided to ghost us for about a month after. Wouldn't answer calls, texts, or emails asking for updates about the property or our offer. Even his secretary couldn't tell us when he would be in, as if he kept telling her to evade our requests. Very disappointing experience - we would not recommend him or his team to anyone.
