Terrible shop with nasty old owners. I made a return of ill fitting Western boots for over $300 within their return policy. They gave a return receipt but never actually refunded the money to the credit card. It was a haste! During that in-store return the old lady owner was very abrupt and plain rude. I believe she intentionally didn't process the refund to my credit card. I had to sent proof to my credit card, follow up, and wait 2 months for the refund. If I wasn't suspicious about her initial rude behavior, I probably wouldn't have looked at my CC statement to see if it came through. To my surprise she really didn't process the refund, my credit card company did when I initiated the dispute. Bought a pair of Larry Mahan western cowboy boots there. The sales lady was able to custom fit them to my feet, by wetting the leather and stretching the boot where it pinched or was to tight. When she was done they fit like they were custom made for me. Best pair of boots I ever bought. Good selection of most any Western gear and clothes you are looking for. I have to get back there to check out there English riding clothes and boots and tack gear for our daughter. I will let you know what we find.
