Poor customer service. Unfair return policy. The employees including the store manager did not know the return policy. Almost as if they are pick and choose what returns they will accept. called corporate and they told me if I purchase the item online they could return it no problem. but since I purchased it in store the return policy is different for each location, beacuse they are independently owned. I purchased an item and tried to return is 2 days later. it was didlfficult for our children to use, not knowing this until we opened it. the clerk at the front counter made a very ignorant and arrogant response, "we don't do rentals here".....he did not listen to my reason for the return. Then he says if it was returned on the same day they could have returned it. They didn't even offer to exchange it for a different style. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing anything from Ace or...

Alert to all military personnel, I'm a disabled vet. Who was very rudely thrown out of ace by brady, the manager. Because I'm unable,to wear a mask due to medical reasons. After being approached, with a mask dangling in my face. And got in my personal space, where is your six. I told said Manager brady, I have a medical condition. He said I don't care, as I was leaving this manager then followed me to my car. And started harassing me and my wife. That he is calling the cops to get me a trespass off the property. Is this aces practice to discriminate, and allow their management to do so. We are still in america and there are still laws against this practice.
