Great place with really nice Rum and whiskey! Rick's running the show here and he's a nice guy who's really passionate about what he's doing. My only complaint is that the tasting room hours are really limited. He's got dozens of flavors to choose from including rum, whiskey, and gin. There's also a bar for mixed drinks (no beer but there's a brewery across the street) and you can get food delivered from the cafe that's also across the street! Most of the bottles are about $44-$50 and around 40-50% ABV, and I don't think I saw anything bigger than 750ml on the shelf. Wow what an amazing education and experience - there is so much passion for the craft here with a touch of mad science. The rums are amazing! We ended up with cranberry. We finished the bottle that eve! Cranberry rum, club soda, & a squeeze of lime. The mocha was shared by our group for morning coffee - we hoarded the pineapple, coconut, & dark spice for home....
