Pharmacy: Elizabeth has absolutely the worst customer service abilities possible. I hope you, nor your family need to rely on her services for prescriptions. Had an emergency prescription sent to the rehobeth location for an eye infection (can’t see). I sent my cousin to pick the meds up as i was going to arrive late. Elizabeth told me on the phone that everything was ready and that my cousin better be there no later than 7pm, because she was closing the pharmacy. My cousin arrived at 6:58 and Elizabeth LIED about the prescription not being ready. It was 6:58(pharmacy closes at 7) and she didn’t want to mess with my insurance information and told my cousin to tell me to come back the next day. I came back this morning and everything was magically ready. Elizabeth said that my cousin provided all the insurance information to her and she was able to run it this morning. That’s another lie, my cousin never provided any insurance information to her.

Read moreNow for the third time, I have attempted to pick up my prescription here after receiving 3 phone calls telling me it was ready for pickup. Once again, I couldn't receive it because I was paying cash & using GoodRX. This is beyond ridiculous. I never had problems with Rite-Aid who, unfortunately, is out of business. As a result, I have gone without my medication for over 3 weeks now. If you are seeking a new pharmacy, I recommend you steer clear of Rehoboth Beach CVS. Incompetent does not even come close to describing my interaction with this pharmacy. If it was a different issue each time, I might be willing to overlook the problem once but it is the same issue every time. Don't believe them when they call & say your script is ready for pickup only to have the same info requested & be sent away yet again. My circumstances don't change. I don't have prescription insurance. I pay cash for all my meds. Different day; same answer! Either CVS as an entity is incompetent or the people they hire are incompetent or both! My youngest (2 years old) daughter wasn’t having a asthma attack and I found this product that sold help her. This very rude woman kept running around in circles about how the attachment piece is for prescription only which I understood perfectly fine the first time and not once did I ask for them to sell it to me without one. All I wanted to ask if there was something else she could suggest for me to buy since I would’ve thought she knew the products on hand. It shouldn’t haven’t taken me that long to ask another question after I already told her that I understood what she was saying. Luckily I have good critical thinking skills and made my own make shift attachment to give the medicine to my daughter. A caring ear would’ve been greatly appreciated….I almost broke down in tears because I was stressing out and she wasn’t making the situation any better.
