Sales person is great but their “white glove delivery” stinks. The first delivery was my bed and the gentlemen could not comprehend the install instructions that were posted on the side rails. Even after reading the instructions out loud they argued with me while my husband put the bed together for them. They just stood and watched, worthless. The second delivery was even worse. The guy arrived and right off the bat did not want to take the furniture to my upstairs bedroom. The whole time he was huffing and puffing like a teenager that has been asked to clean his room. I had to take the packaging off the furniture while they stood and watched and insisting they couldn’t get the dresser up the stairs. They didn’t even have a utility knife or a pen to write with. When I told them to remove the drawers to lighten the load they just stood there. My husband arrived and kicked them out of our house. Then him and I picked up the dresser, took it upstairs ourselves and put all the furniture together. This included 2 nightstands, dresser and mirror. They did not unpack a darn thing and left my floors dirty. We will need to take a trip to the dump to get rid of all the packing material they left behind. The bottom of our dresser was damaged but after waiting 6 months for the darned thing and having zero faith the delivery company could actually do their job, we have asked for a discount to keep it instead. We don’t want to be stuck moving a damaged dresser downstairs, then unpacking a new dresser and moving it upstairs ourselves again. Pretty sad when a couple of 50 somethings are stronger then a couple of young men. I will not order any other furniture from Macy’s until they fire this vendor. They are completely incapable of doing their job. Macy’s corporate should be ashamed...

I ordered a furniture on Nov 29 2020, delivery was for February 2021 which was canceled twice, then canceled twice on March and twice on April, finally set up a delivery for May, 20 minutes before the arrived to my house they called me and figured out it was the wrong address because they never updated my address which weeks and days before I contacted them with the new address, they moved the delivery for the next week May 16 2021, the furniture was delivered that day but when I went back home I notice that the delivery guys took $400 dollars from my kitchen counter, called them many times and they are bouncing the ball to each other, Macy's said they are not going to pay for it, the delivery company said the same since I reported to the police, the police talked to the 4 drivers and they denied it, the case is closed now and now I have to deal with Macy's to get my money back but they are saying there is no evidence of that, I knew the money was there for 3 days before that day and before I left the house that morning the money was there but I forgot about the delivery so I didn't put it away, This is Macy's who I trusted and opened the doors to my house but now they don’t want to do anything about it, I contacted the delivery manager and he told me I will call you back in 10 minutes on June 16th, 15 days later I haven't heard from him and he doesn't answer my calls, at this point I'm so disappointed at this situation which I told Macy's this morning don't expect any payments from me until my...
Read moreSpent a while in there, sales person was great! We bought a large sectional and a giant rug. However we made the fatal mistake of purchasing the warrent on the couch. We took everything home all was great for a while then one of the electric leg lift motors went out. So I called the warranty place and they told me we can send someone out in 2 weeks to fix it, it is what it is so We waited the two weeks even though my leg rest was stuck half way open. So two weeks come and the repair guys knows at the door with no tools in hand walks in and looks at it and says oh i know what it is it happens to all of them i will get the parts ordered when they get here call and we will come out and fix it. 2 weeks come no parts, I call and was told they are still on order, 3 weeks i called same story still on order, so now we are a month and a half in to waiting for a repair. 2 months go by and im still calling but now im told that we can no longer order the parts for your couch. Then they told me to call another number which i do and they locate a replacement couch piece and schedule a delivery date that was a week out.
