If there was an option for zero stars, hard what I would chose. Took my 6 year old daughter here to pierce her ears for her bday. The stone fell out in less than 3 hours. We paid $100 for gold earrings and when we came back the next day, their only solution was to re-pierce her ear. She’s crying and completely upset. They refused to give us replacement earrings unless they could have the broken one back and refused a refund. This place is a joke. Lesson learned, I should have taken her to a professional piercing place that also stands behind their work and does the right thing. Now she has to wear a bandaid over the broken earring for the next 3 weeks until we can switch it out and she’s so upset. Terrible customer service and...

DO NOT GO HERE! Ya the girls seem cool.
